7. megaSun Shuttle 360 e No exposure to UV radiation if medicine is taken that increases the sensitivity to ultraviolet radiation If in doubt seek medical advice e It cannot generally be assumed that the use of a solarium reduces the risk of getting sunburn Seek medical advice if persistent swellings or sores develop on the skin or if pigmented moles change in appearance e Only use radiation appliances of UV type 4 after consulting a doctor FOR EACH TANNING SESSION e Always wear the supplied protective goggles e Remove cosmetics before the session and do not use any sunscreen e Allow for at least 48 hours to pass between sessions e After a tanning session in a studio do not take another sunbath out of doors on the same dav megaSun Tanning times For the precise definition of the skin types please refer to the supplied skin type table If the tanning session sequence is interrupted for four weeks or more you will have to start with the first session again The times mentioned in the tanning schedules only apply on the condition that the tubes are replaced according to the maintenance intervals stipulated in the section dealing with maintenance of the unit MS SHUTTLE 360 LEVEL 1 according to EN 60335 2 27 gt 0 3 W m Skin type ll I IV The interval between two tanning sessions must be at least 48 hours For tube set see table Technical data Operating Instructions megaS

11. or alcohol containing cleansing agents 5 Before replacing the tubes replace the starters first The starters for the hand tanners are located Operating Instructions megaSun Shuttle 360 29 megaSun Replace the lamps oniv bv ones of the same tvpe The sunlamps may only be installed and removed by trained expert staff 1 Remove the acrylic pane and the filter panes as described in the chapter Removing and installing filter panes Use a soft cloth to take hold of the lamp and pull it out towards the front Make sure not to touch the lamp glass or the reflector surface with your bare hands If required clean the bulb and the reflector surface with an alcohol containing agent When installing the lamps pay attention to the fact the prongs have different diameters When inserting the lamp into the socket the metal bail should face upwards Soiling and bad seating can lead to damage to the lamps and sockets during operation Therefore make sure that the contact surfaces of socket and lamp are clean when you insert the lamps Insert the lamps straight into the sockets so as not to jam them Ropes and springs serve as a drive to swivel the upper body tanner into its position of use To ensure a trouble free drive maintenance of the mechanism must be carried out with each lamp replacement 30 Operating Instructions megaSun Shuttle 360 Undo the screws holding the covers of the seat base and remove the

13. e i e it is connected to the mains but is currentiv not used The tubes and the tanning lamps are switched off From the standbv mode vou can change to the tanning mode or the service mode TANNING MODE The tubes and the tanning lamps are switched on and a tanning session is in progress While the unit is in tanning mode the settings for the ongoing tanning session can be changed via the control panel FAN RUN ON After the tanning session the fan runs on for 3 minutes in order to cool down the Shuttle 360 With the tubes cooling down the fan power is automatically decreased SERVICE MODE In the service mode the presettings for the tanning mode of the Shuttle 360 are determined Various values can be displayed and test functions can be carried out megaSun Initialising aquaCool During start up and after each emptying of the hose an aquaCool initialisation must be performed In the course of this initialisation the hose is filled with aquaCool liquid me Iniallsa0en process is started via the menu item HAC MAQUATHIT in the service menu Operating Instructions megaSun Shuttle 360 11 megaSun 12 As a rule an averagelv tanning skin has achieved a uniform tan after three to five tanning sessions These sessions should take place everv second dav To preserve the suntan achieved one or two tanning sessions per week will normally do NO SUNSCREEN WITH PROTECTION FACTOR Sunscreens with sun protecti
