4. battery into the battery compartment push the battery compartment into the casket lightly and tighten the set screw then accomplish the installation of battery When you use level meter for the first time please charge the battery at first When you install the battery of RL C series level meter please see page 27 attention for battery for details But when you do with RL F series level meter you should remove battery cover at first then you can put battery into the battery compartment and tighten the battery cover 13 2 3 4 5 6 7 Maintain a clean working environment without vibration keep the environment temperature is 20 C 2 C temperature drift is less than 1 C per hour and humidity is not more than 75 If necessary please process the environment in advance such as suspension dustproof constant temperature constant humidity and so on Please eradicate antirusting grease on the working surface of level meter and clean the measured plane If level meter is needed to be placed in the work environment for more than an hour off please turn it on and keep it is in power for 30 minutes If you need to change environment during the operation of level meter please must reserve sufficient time and you had better put the device which is to be measured touching with level meter into a room where the temperature is constant to make them have the same temperature Otherwise the instrument may be in unusual circum

7. information can be received refering to the direction for use of measurement software Fig 9 21 5 9 Indication error calibration Indication error calibration of electronic level meter should be carried out on small angle tester See in figure 10 the steps as follow D 2 3 4 5 First the bridge shaped face of small angle tester should be adjusted to horizontal position Level meter will be placed on the flat working surface of small angle tester and be consistent with it in vertical direction Put two 1mm gauge blocks under the optical meters of the small angle tester and adjust the value of optical meter to zero Adjust the indication value of level meter to zero then replace the 1mm gauge block with a 1 25mm one under the right optical meter adjust the small angle tester to make the indication value of level meter to be zero at that time the displaying value of level meter should be 500 If the displaying value is not 500 please record the actual value and press then press move cursor to to make it glitter press to ensure level meter gets into the indication value calibration state input the changed data for the actual displaying data adjust the current gain of level meter you can achieve the calibration for the indication error Repeat the above steps until the displaying value of level meter is right 22 Bridge shaped face Optical meter Gauge block 29009 23 Fig 10 5
