MCL Project CAMCL3 Projects Er DPL Labels C DMXNetMantLabel Refresh 3 Low High Rate QE Mode C Connect at start up In the Units section indicate what unit of measure you want to use for monitoring your rolls of labels 2 Select Inches for inches or cm for centimeters In the Path section 3 Inthe MCL Project path box enter the path to the projects that you create using 123 Print and or MCL Designer and that you want to download to your printer s using DMXNet Manager or click the browse LGaicon to browse for the path to your projects folder 4 Inthe DPL Labels box enter the path to the labels that you create using BarTender or other label generation software and that you want to download to your printer s using DMXNet Manager Click the browse icon to browse for the path to your labels folder Note The labels you download must be in dpl format In the Refresh section 5 Adjust the Rate slider to the desired position This setting determines how frequently DMXNet Manager will poll your printers 6 Next select the Mode of DMXNet Manager s operation If upon startup you want DMXNet Manager to automatically connect to the printers you have set up to be controlled by DMXNet Manager check the Connect at start up checkbox If you want to establish the connections manually uncheck this box Note Connect at start up is only available for printers being managed by DMXNet Manager over an ether

21. memory usage as a percentage of memory used In this example 0 RAM and 3 Flash memory are in use Note The memory module information available and therefore shown varies from printer model to printer model No status is provided for H Class printers since the memory on these printers is a virtual allocation Page 70 Copyright 2010 e MCL Technologies e All Rigths Reserved Www mecl collection com Chapter 3 Printer Management Status indicators The printer image at the top of the screen displays three status November 2008 indicators They have the following meaning gt The left most indicator is the Connection Status Blue DMXNet Manager is doing a printer check Green DMXNet Manager is connected Red DMXNet Manager failed to connect Gray DMXNet Manager is not connected gt The middle indicator is the Printer Status Green printer is ready Orange printer is paused communications are busy Red printer has a problem Gray no information is available The right most indicator is the Media Status Green printer is ready Orange warning media running low Red operator action is needed for printer maintenance or for label ribbon or printer head replacement Gray no information is available or no warning levels are set in Supplies Management Notice that the Printer Status has an orange indicator to indicate that the printer is busy and cannot report
