1. In case a subassembly that breaks down has already been repaired twice the manufacturer shall be obliged to replace a faulty subassembly with a new one The user shall be obliged to prepare a room and all necessary utilities needed for operation of the device so that they comply with requirements of obligatory standards and with the installation manual In case the installation and operation instructions have not been observed the manufacturer shall bear no responsibility for the safety of the user or patient during the use of the unit The warranty covers any quality or quantity faults detected immediately after the subject of this agreement has been unpacked by the immediate recipient of the package Faults that occurred within the warranty period and were not reported by the user in writing mail fax e mail shall not be covered by this warranty Costs resulting from an unfounded claim shall be borne by the user The warranty shall not cover equipment damaged as a result of fire or lightning with name plate and or serial number or factory seals removed or damaged damaged due to its use in a manner other than defined in the operation manual where repairs or modifications have been done by unauthorized personnel damaged mechanically due to improper handling damaged due to force majeure 10 11 12 13 The user shall be obliged to ensure that both the equipment and its supply systems are regularly ma

INTRODUCTION Congratulations on a perfect choice of our massage table THERAPIST tables are stable reliable and easy to use These features result from careful design manufacturing methods applied in production and the quality assurance system Reading and following instructions provided in this manual will ensure safe and long lasting use of our tables General instructions This product must be operated by qualified and trained personnel who have read this operation manual thoroughly Using operating or servicing of the product contrary to the rules and recommendations set in this user manual is prohibited as it may lead to damage for which the manufacturer shall not be liable If the performance or parameters of the product are found to be inconsistent with what the operation manual describes you must stop using the product and inform the manufacturer or the reseller immediately Every repair of the product must be done by the manufacturer s service or service authorized by the manufacturer and registered on the repair list in the warranty card Failure to do so will result in voiding the warranty This warranty will not be fulfilled if the product is used contrary to its purpose or fails to comply with the terms set in the user manual The manufacturer shall not be liable for the consequences of improper i e against the instructions in the user manual use of the THERAPIST massage tables CAUTION This sign denotes opera
4. is permitted up to 3 layers using special stackable pallets External edges of the upholstered parts are lined with foam bubble wrap and stretch foil Protect the outer edges of Therapist tables against damage while moving or transporting them 4 SAFETY MEANS Help the patient to maintain proper position before doing treatment procedures by lowering the bed top to the lowest position Likewise lower the bed top after the treatment to help the patient to get out of the bed CAUTION The TERAPEUTA family tables may not be loaded beyond their nominal capacity The weight of the patient may not exceed 150 kg Do not sit on the movable elements of the front and middle sections right wrong Do not put load on the front and rear sections in a way shown in the illustration on the left Protect electrical systems of the actuator and the mechanical system of the table against contact with liquids e g beverages water cleaning and disinfection preparations CAUTION In case of flooding the electrical system or the actuator cover with liquid of any kind immediately pull the 230VAC power supply plug off the mains socket and ask for technical inspection and electrical safety check of the table at the manufacturer s service unit or the user s maintenance department CAUTION Unplug the table from the mains socket while performing maintenance servicing or similar actions under the table CAUTION
5. of these with a dry cloth 3 Check the threaded joints periodically every six months and remove loose connections with a Phillips screwdriver hex keys no 4 5 and 6 and flat spanners 10 and 27mm Report all loose connections that cannot be removed to the manufacturer s authorized service and cease using the table until the cause of the problem is removed 7 3 Checking the gas springs Therapist tables are equipped with gas springs for easy adjustment of the front section inclination angle models S2 H2 S3 S5 S7 P3 P5 P7 and the rear section inclination angle models S3 S5 S7 P3 P5 P7 To ensure proper performance of the gas springs check the springs visually for leaks every 3 months Any perceived performance deficiency or leak must be reported to Meden Inmed technical service immediately 7 4 PERIODIC CHECK OF ELECTRICAL SAFETY The electrical safety check should be performed or ordered not less than once every 2 years and after every fault or repair of the actuator and or the power mechanism of the massage table 8 1 8 9 WARRANTY CARD The validity period of this warranty is 12 months starting from the date of purchase of the equipment as indicated in a proof of purchase A repair time exceeding 3 days regardless of the reason that caused the delay shall result in the extension of the warranty period by a time that is equivalent to the total time during which the device was out of order
6. soft cloth or sponge rub the more heavily stained areas with a soft damp brush after cleaning wipe dry with a soft cloth in case the surface has been stained with ball pen ink lipstick printing ink etc remove the stain immediately by rubbing it with a soft cloth 2 Avoid extensive wetting of the surface of the table 3 Disinfect the upholstery and other surfaces using the Incidin Foam or similar formula available at Meden Inmed 4 Never use cleaning paste wax sprays strong detergents solvents and cleaning agents containing solvents cleaning preparations for natural leather Use of such preparations may cause stiffening and breakages of the cover material as well as adverse change of the glossy finish of the upholstery surface which is not covered by the warranty 5 Sterilization with the use of the UV rays does not affect the surface of the upholstery CAUTION Before starting the cleaning of the table make sure that the electrical power supply cable has been disconnected from the 230 VAC 50 Hz supply in the room 7 2 MAINTAINING MECHANICAL PARTS OF THE STRUCTURE 1 Clean the metal parts with a soft damp sponge Wipe the parts dry immediately after cleaning 2 All movable joints must be lubricated every six months or when experiencing squeaks or other noise We recommend using any available aftermarket lubricants Protect the upholstered parts from contact with the lubricants and remove any excess amounts or leaks

C 50 Hz electrical power supply cable make sure to protect it from accidental clamping objects between moving parts of the table The electrical power supply cable should be laid in such a manner so as to prevent the patient or the masseur from stumbling over it gt 3 After locating the table in its destination place unpack the unit from protective film and insert the power cable plug in the 230 V 50Hz mains socket The table is ready for operation CAUTION Do not use the table in rooms with high relative air humidity especially in rooms meant for hydro therapeutic treatment gt 6 OPERATING THE TABLE Prepare a disposable bed cover such as paper towels disposable sheets etc for each patient before attempting to use the THERAPIST table for treatment procedures especially when using lubricants or other auxiliary substances gels oils talcum powder ointments creams or lotions The patient should wear comfortable underwear and have their body covered for the whole time of treatment except for those parts that are being massaged Following this procedure helps to relax and improve blood circulation prolonging the feeling of warmth in the massaged body parts 6 1 Levelling the table After the table has been located in its destination place it should be levelled This operation is necessary to ensure proper working conditions of the unit After the table has been located in its destination place when resting on its whee
