4. how to operate the scooter so carefully follow these steps 1 2 3 4 Check the power gauge indicator on the front tiller panel Make sure it is on green to get the most travel distance Adjust the seat height if you are using it Check that the manual brake is not locked Squeeze it to disengage Turn the key to ON position clockwise If you want to turn on the headlight you should turn the key again Check to see if the power light is in the red zone You should always keep to the speed limit you can use the Speed Light Switch to get a proper speed We recommend that you begin using the low speed until you get acquainted with our mobility scooter and become proficient riding it The forward reverse button could change the moving direction of the scooter Gradually turn the Throttle Knob until the desired speed is achieved Do not venture to full speed operation quickly Make sure to slow down your speed while turning and balancing your weight 15 Care amp Maintenance Check your scooter before riding and make sure it is fully charged If you find anything abnormal go to or call your scooter dealer for further inspection before using it TIRES The condition of the tires depends on how you drive and use your scooter Please check the tread depth regularly When tread depth is below 0 5mm it can easily lead to slippage making braking distance longer Replace the tires when the tread depth is les

7. charge the batteries plug the charger into the charger port of scooter at the lower left then plug the charger into a wall outlet When you plug the charger into the A C outlet the red light on the charger will come on it will become green after a complete charge 10 Assembly Instructions The packaging will contain the assembled scooter frame elbow tube tiller and handlebar charger tool bag front basket helmet standard seat and seat post assembly Step 1 Insert the elbow tube into the groove of scooter chassis and screw tightly with the attached screws 11 Step 2 Put the scooter tiller into the tube Make sure the position is proper Tighten the top screw with spanner and fasten lock buckle Step 3 You can also use this method to change the height It is worthwhile to lock buckle tightly oritis dangerous 12 Step 4 Adjust the position between the scooter and the basket Screw two screws tightly Be sure to attach the gold washer plate to prevent the basket bolts from going through the basket Step 5 The standpipe should be inserted into the hole of scooter chassis and the seat of the left picture should be inserted into the standpipe After you adjust to a proper height it is important to lock the lock catch with spanner 13 14 Riding Instructions It is important that you understand
