1. ele n ONESOURCE 1 TAX PROVISION 7 0 ONESOURCE Tax Provision and Global Access Release Notes RELEASE NOTES NEW FEATURES KNOWN ISSUES RELEASE DATE 8 31 2010 ONESOURCE THOMSONREUTERS COM THOMSON REUTERS ONESOURCE Tax Provision and Global Access Release Notes Release Overview The following items were addressed in this release General New Look and Feel e The user interface has been completely revamped with a focus on ease of use and Space management Multi Language Support e The application is now available in the following languages e English US e English UK e German DE e Dutch NL e Spanish Latin American e French FR e French CA e Item to Note User entered descriptions and notes will not be translated Administration Audit Trail e Audit trail no longer gives an error message when selecting a component that had its entry deleted Corrected Issue Manage Configurations e A selection of system configuration parameters have been pulled out of Manage Restricted Features into a new area called Manage Configurations which does not require a password to access Please acquaint yourself with this new area Manage Datasets e Can rollover a provision dataset into an interim dataset when the interim rate basis is set to unit by unit Corrected Issue e Can now change a read only dataset to non read only if the casenumber had a value and was deleted or when a new casenumbe2. allow you to save the Debug file to a location of your choice e Enhanced logging of Active Workpaper information to help with debugging Manage Deferred Rollforward e Error no longer displays when clicking on Manage Deferred Rollforward area in Navigator Corrected Issue Functionality Dataset Export e Dataset Exports no longer randomly fail Corrected Issue 6 1 3 Administration Administer Users e Users are now being assigned to the correct units and this assignment is being respected in Global Access 6 1 4 General e No longer receive a Page cannot be displayed error when clicking on Units Global Access related SQL Only Administration Manage Datasets e Deleting Datasets no longer failing for clients who use the Configurable Journal Entry Module e When combining datasets which contain units with unknown weighted average FX rates the resulting dataset s weighted FX rate for the unit will now be unknown instead of zero ONESOURCE Tax Provision and Global Access Release Notes e Interim Datasets can now be viewed even if the ITS_ASSIGN_DATASET parameter is activated Global Access related Functionality Enhanced Integration e When there is more than one adjustment for a given Unit and Code that differ by Source Tag these adjustments will now be combined into a single adjustment when transferred to ONESOURCE Income Tax Import Export e Batch Print Save to Excel now working correctly on Citrix e Col
