AIL CAUTION MAKE SURE ALL GROUND WIRES ARE SECURELY CONNECTED AND THAT THE GROUND WIRE AT THE BACK OF THE CABINET IS ALSO CONNECTED TO AN EXTERNAL GROUNDED OBJECT MANUAL UPP7500E2 PRESSURE POT CLEANER REVISED 2012 12 OPERATION e To activate the Fume Vent during use turn the lever labelled Air Vent to the open vertical position PRE CLEAN e Disconnect the spray gun from the air hose Pour paint from the Pot into a waste pail not supplied e Rinse the Pot with solvent and pour into the waste pail for later disposal or recycling CLEANING POTS HOSES AND SPRAY GUNS Loosen the air cap of the spray gun two full turns e Lock the trigger in the open position with the Trigger Lock Spring To prevent liquid from entering the air passage during automatic cleaning insert the white plastic Air Passage Plug into the Spray Gun s air inlet If the air inlet has a male threaded connector instead of a quick connect use the knurled nut attached to the Trigger Clamp included ure e Place one or two spray guns on the cleaning nozzles Placement depends on the Men s type of spray gun See pictures below e You can clean one 2L Pressure Pot and two Spray Guns at the same time or a 2 1 4 US Gal Pressure Pot by itself with the guns being cleaned in a separate cycle Place the Pot s over the Rotating Jet s e The hose is always cleaned in a separate cycle Connect the hose to the Solvent Outlet and Solvent Return port
