21. install and disassemble the laser tube safely 1 Stop the running machine prior to disassembly Drain the cooling water from the laser tube Open the back door Remove water tubes connections from both ends of laser tube joint Remove the anode and cathode wiring from the laser tube Remove the fixed screw Remove the laser tube from the back left side of the tube the opposite end of the laser beam output carefully and place into a safe location NSS The replaced laser tube is fragile and requires proper disposal Adhere to local laws rules and regulations regarding disposal and or recycling of glass work CheckMate Lasers does not take any responsibility for the replaced glass laser tube Tora PD After removal of the depleted or damaged glass laser tube and replacement with a new laser tube the following procedure should be implemented 1 Install the laser tube into the XM8 Laser in the right direction a Laser beam output should be pointed to the right toward the first reflective mirror 2 Secure the fasten button 3 Connect with the water inlet and outlet tubes 4 Connect the anode and cathode power wires to the laser tube a Due to the high voltage with the anode wire it is highly recommend to utilize insulation 5 Turn on the water pump and cycle the water for one minute 6 Adjust the location of the laser tube to remove any air bubbles from the laser tube 7 Close the door 8 Begin testing procedures L ECME E inc CheckMa
