9. e binding screws or lugs to the torque values located on the back of the electrical module cover Torque values for wire binding screws and lugs printed in this document are for reference only NOTE Install grounding wire as specified by local electrical codes Re Installing the electrical module cover 1 Align the cover with the base of the electrical module Be certain that no wires are pinched under the cover 2 Tighten the six screws in the electrical module cover to a torque of 20 0 Ib in 2 3 Nem Reassemble the charging station Reinstall the storage compartment 1 in the charging station Reinstall the two screws 2 at the sides of the storage compartment Reinstall the top cover by sliding it down onto the top of the charging station 3 then pushing it back into place 4 Reinstall the screw on top of the charging station 5 Snap the small cover at the base of the charging station back into place 6 Install the key in the key locking system 7 oor o mp 18 Cable holder mounting A DANGER HAZARD OF ELECTRIC SHOCK EXPLOSION OR ARC FLASH Do not use this product if there is any damage to the electric vehicle cable Always position the charging station cable so that it will not be driven over stepped on tripped on or otherwise damaged before each use Always properly stow the charging station cable after use Failure to follow these instructions will result in death or serious injury

11. ging station on the wall mounting plate Secure the cable clamp 6 or conduit fitting 6 to the electrical module using the proper nut BR WN gt 14 NOTE If the branch circuit conduit was left loose to allow for movement during the installation process it can now be secured as required by local electrical codes 13 Wiring A DANGER HAZARD OF ELECTRIC SHOCK EXPLOSION OR ARC FLASH Read all instructions before using this product Apply appropriate personal protective equipment PPE and follow safe electrical work practices See NFPA 70E or CSA Z462 This equipment must only be installed and serviced by qualified electrical personnel High Voltage is present in the charging station electric meter housing and power distribution service panel Contact with high voltage can cause death or serious injury Turn off all power supplying this equipment before working on or inside equipment Always use a properly rated voltage sensing device to confirm power is off Replace all devices doors and covers before turning on power to this equipment Do not use this product if the enclosure is broken cracked open or shows any other indication of damage Do not use this product if there is any damage to the electric vehicle cable Do not change charging station connector Follow wiring instructions as marked on the equipment Ensure that the ambient temperature rating printed on the product nameplate is not exceeded Follow groun
12. h the wall the wires shall exit the wall and pass through the wall plate in the location shown also lined up with the arrow 2 on the wall mounting plate Opening the charging station 1 Remove screw 1 on top of the charging station 2 Remove cover 8 of the charging station by pulling slightly forward 2 and then upward 3 NOTE When wiring through the wall step 3 is not required 13 Using pliers remove the cutout opening 7 for the wiring duct at the correct position in the cover plate 8 Press in on the blue button on the front of the storage compartment to open the door Remove the two screws 5 from storage compartment 6 Remove storage compartment 6 from the charging station Remove the small cover 9 at the base of the charging station by pulling outward on the bottom edge O or KR O Opening the electrical module 1 Loosen the six screws holding the electrical module cover in place and remove the cover 1 2 Remove the knock out in the back of the electrical module enclosure 2 near the wiring terminals for installation of the conduit fitting or cable clamp Installing the charging station on the wall mounting plate Feed the wires and fitting through the knockout opening 4 in the electrical module Place the charging station on the two hooks 1 and 2 of the wall mounting plate Use the three provided 10 x 2 in screws 3 and the two provided 10 x 0 25 in screws 5 to secure the char
