6. arameters and by pressing Search again the number of hits will be reduced even further Note When searching a second time the search menus contain only those parameters which are listed in the window to the right By studying the remaining alternatives after a search you can obtain some very interesting information about a product To carry out a new search with all the parameters available click the Empty button By double clicking on a product in the window to the right all the sections chassistengine transmission which are relevant to this product appear These sections are listed in the lower window Double click on the section you want to see The tab Search By Spare Part Number is used when the article num ber of the spare part is known Type the complete article number of the spare part in the field and press the Search button All products con taining the searched spare part are now listed in the upper window with article number and production year By double clicking on one of the pro ducts all sections which are relevant to this product appears The section containing the searched spare part is marked Double click on the section you want to see Main window In the main window the section you have chosen is now shown either by the Search Engine or the Search Tree If you now want to go back to your search in the Search Engine or the Search Tree just press the Back but ton
7. at the bottom of the button row to the left The position numbers on the exploded view are connected to the spare parts list and vice versa so R called Hot Spot Note _ that this does not apply to engine spare parts mi z If you have used the a ta search engine s second tab Search By Spare Part Number the row containing the searched spare part will be marked when the main window opens Use the right mouse button to click onto a row in the spare parts list The corresponding position number is marked in the exploded view opposite click onto a position number in the exploded view Corresponding spare part row one or several is marked on the list and it then ends up on top of the list Use the left mouse button to take away the mark from a spare part row which is already lit up mark a spare part row without going via the position numbers To make the exploded view clearer it can be enlarged by using the magnifying button see under Buttons indicate a point in the display and with the mouse s left button pressed down drag a square The display is maximized so that square fills the entire window Fill the basket Place the spare parts in the basket by marking one or several spare parts press the button which adds articles to the basket Note When an article is placed in the basket the number will always be 1 If the same article is plac
