13. file where import errors are indicated A failed import process may be signalled by the following system message 46 Important Please note that unless all data in the imported file is correct Mobility Tool will not import anything This can be described as All or None approach to the import process It is important to mention that if a data field for a particular mobility single line in imported file already has a value in the tool and the import file doesn t contain data for this field the result of the import will be to remove the existing data in this particular field of the mobility Data file template file structure The best way to ensure the correct file structure of the imported file is to use a template from Mobility Tool The template can be obtained by making an export of the data The result of exporting data from an empty project will be a file containing headers for the fields but no actual data The file is organised in the way that all header fields are located in the first row of the file the second row contains field requirements described below and data rows start from the third row A single row equals to one mobility participant mobility details partner organisation details grant etc A single row is an equivalent to providing data for a single mobility in the new mobility form Please note that even if you use only one sending or receiving partner organisation you need to ent
