5. or hold down the option key and double click on the name of the recipient E SnapMail 5 o Sending Attachments The paper clip pop up menu is used for sending attachments along with your mail To attach files or folders with your mail simply drag them from the desktop onto the SnapMail window Or click on the paper clip and select Add Attachment from the menu keyboard shortcut 3 amp N A file selection window will appear in which you can find the file you want to attach You may add as many attachments as you like In OS X you can also attach a file or folder by dragging it to the SnapMail icon in the dock A number next to the paper clip indicates how many files and folders are attached The files names will be added to the attachment pop up menu To clear the attachments select the Clear Attachments option from this menu If you hold down the option key when clicking on the pop up menu you will see the full path of each attached file and folder o Clearing the Outbox Use the Clear button to clear the text box clear all attachments and deselect all users at once This allows you to quickly start over if you are not happy with what you have composed o Using Templates Templates are preconfigured text forms that can be selected from the main window subje Phone 2 Broadcast 3 Sales 4 Use the Templates menu click on a particular template icon or ctrl click in the template icon area to select the desired
