Key Function lt Up Arrow gt Move highlight up lt Down Arrow gt Move highlight down lt Return gt Accept current selection lt Page Up gt Scrolls information up the screen lt Page Down gt Scrolls information down the screen 22 7 Function Keys The available function keys are displayed at the bottom of each screen These will change depending on the screen being displayed In the lookup screen the following keys could be displayed lt F1 gt NEW CAR This starts a completely new car application lookup lt F2 gt GROUP Allows the user to select a new parts Group being looked up for the same vehicle lt F3 gt SUB GROUP Allows the user to select a new part Sub Group being looked up for the same vehicle lt F4 gt ENGINE Allows the user to select a new Engine size for the same vehicle lt F6 gt ALT MFG Displays the alternate secondary manufacturer lines selected and then returns to the primary lines lt F7 gt PREV CAR Displays the previous car applications looked up system wide lt F7 gt CHANGE CAR Allows the user to change the car application for the selected parts group lt F11 gt EXIT Exits out of the catalog and return the user back into the workspace lt Enter gt Sells or imports the selected item numbers part number into the workspace

Note The setup for the catalog is a single user program There should never be more than one person setting up catalog coverage e With the cursor positioned at the Group prompt there are three different ways to select a group to be setup 1 Enter the number to the left of the Group to be setup and press lt Return gt 2 Using the arrow keys highlight the desired Group to be setup and press lt Return gt 3 Enter the first few letters of the Group to be setup and press lt Return gt Note With the cursor positioned at the Group prompt press the gt arrow key to have the group number of the next column automatically entered Continue to press the gt arrow key to have the group number of the next column automatically entered When the next column entered is a column that is not displayed within the viewable screen area the screen will automatically scroll forward a whole screen so the column that was entered is viewable Autologue User s Manual Wrenchead Catalog Page 3 A window will now pop up in the middle of the screen displaying all the different manufacturer information contained within the Catalog for the selected Group as shown GROUP FILTERS MANUFAC TURER PAPRT_ TYPE CODE PRI SEC Al CARDONE ALL AMSOIL ALL A62 ACCEL ALL ACC ACDELCO ALL ACD AUTOPRIDE PRIVATE LABELS ALL APD AUTOPRIDE PRIVATE LABELS CROSS PD AUTOSTAR PRIVATE LABELS CROSS ASI ATP ALL TP AUTO PRO ALL N

13. according to the customer s exception and standard pricing matrix setups Users have the ability to view the Secondary Manufacturer s parts once the Primary Manufacturer s parts have been displayed by pressing the lt F6 gt Alt Mfg key The screen will now display the Secondary Manufacturer s parts information on the screen Secondary Manufacturer s are those that were setup within the secondary list window for the part groups 22 3 1 Looking Up Alternate Manufacturer Information e To look up alternate manufacturer parts information within the catalog for the current car application press the lt F6 gt Alt Mfg key Autologue User s Manual Wrenchead Catalog Page 12 The program will begin looking up the parts information for the secondary lines that have been setup for the parts groups selected This can take a bit if there are many secondary manufacturer lines setup 22 3 2 Selling A Part From The Catalog e To sell a part listed and with the cursor positioned at the Part prompt enter the item number next to the part number and press lt Return gt e The STATUS field of the part number will now display SOLD and the part will be brought back into point of sale upon exiting out of the catalog Continue this process until all the desired parts have been selected e After selecting all desired parts press the lt F11 gt Exit key to return to the open workspace and the first part that was selected will be di
14. er the SEC heading Pressing lt Return gt without changing the secondary priority number will place the cursor on the next line under the CODE heading e Once all manufacturer codes and priority numbers have been setup for the parts group press the lt F10 gt Save key to save the screen information Autologue User s Manual Wrenchead Catalog Page 4 Note The lt F1 gt key can also be used to return to the Group screen without saving the screen information The screen will again display the Group screen Repeat this process for all Groups e When all the primary and secondary manufacturer groups have been setup press the lt F11 gt Exit key to return to the Utility Menu 5 Wrenchead Catalog Menu screen e Enter q Quit to return to the Autologue Main Menu screen 22 2 Accessing The Catalog e From the Autologue Main Menu enter 1 Point of Sale and press lt Return gt e The point of sale program will be loaded and the COUNTERMAN CODE prompt will now appear e With the cursor positioned at the COUNTERMAN CODE prompt enter a counterman code A 9 and press lt Return gt e With the cursor positioned at the ENTER CUSTOMER NAME OR NUMBER prompt enter the customer s name or customer number and press lt Return gt e Within the open workspace press the lt F16 gt key A window will pop up select the Wrenchead Catalog menu option using the arrow keys and pressing lt Return gt or enter the number corres
