Patient s Photo By doing so standard Windows panel will open so as the patient s photo file can be selected Any image file can be used as the patient s photo without any image size limitations Upon completing patient s personal information change click with the left mouse button the control element at the bottom of patient s personal information change window in order to minimize it Changing Patient s Data To change a patient s personal data choose the patient from the List of Patients by clicking the left mouse button then click with the left mouse button the control element at the bottom of the window of patient s personal information change to maximize it Patient s personal information change is described in detail in the clause Adding a New Patient Removing a Patient from the List To remove patient from the List of Patients select the patient whose information should be deleted and click with the left mouse button Peete If the selected patient has any survey data then the window of patient removal confirmation will be displayed If no surveys have been conducted the patient will be removed without any additional questions to the user Quick Patient Search To search quickly a patient in the List of Patients use the field Search Names Surveys situated at the top of the List of Patients Quick Search When entering in this field the first letters of the searched patient s last name
