Course Subject Freshman Studies or click here to change this course description _ _ _ _ _ Notify All Assign Behaviors to Multiple Students Hide Phones Select anew name for your class and click the Assign Course button located next to the next to the drop down menu Please select or change period Select One SELECT Select the course name associated with this period Freshman Studies Assign Course Delete Cancel Message Libraries There are 5 color coded boxes to the right of each student s name Each color represents a specific category of MESSAGES Click the corresponding box to access that category s message library Corrective Attendance Informational Grade Progress Rewarding Positive Contains messages reporting specific instances of poor behavior or performance on that day Examples include did not turn in a required homework assignment was talkative or disruptive in class and was assigned detention Contains messages reporting instances of absence or tardiness Examples include was not present in class and needs to complete makeup work and arrived unexcused late to class NOTE The Attendance Message Library is not needed if your school uses Connect 4 Teachers SMART Attendance service which automates the sending of attendance calls by integrating with your School SIS database Contains message

Monday through Friday This allows ample time for all your messages to be delivered during a convenient time of day Due to the delivery time window teachers will not be able to send messages after 5 50pm or 10 minutes before the messages begin to go out Additionally the TeleForm tab will not be accessible to Teachers between 5 50pm 6pm After Hours Connect 4 Teacher now allows teachers message access after hours After 6 00pm teachers can login and select messages for their students although not all messages available during regular hours will be accessible Any message selected after 6pm will be sent out the evening of the next business day Messages sent after 6pm on Friday thru Sunday will be sent out on Monday evening Call Retries It is not rare for phone numbers to be disconnected or busy during the message delivery window To maximize the chances of your recipients getting your message Connect 4 Teachers performs retries for calls that were not answered or busy The number of retries is dependent on how many calls are scheduled to go out on any specific evening For example if on Tuesday your school sends out 50 messages and only five are not answered Connect 4 Teachers will continue trying those five numbers until 9pm or until the call is answered However if you re school is sending out a large number of calls or if the system receives a high number of unanswerable calls the number of call retries the system makes
