The Customer Support and Issue Tracking Saspi ne nae functions are designed to help track A identify resolve and reduce customer hae support issues They also work to ensure ie communication between all users of the RERA system so that remote agents can report accurately on the progress of an issue with accuracy instead of just guessing Accuracy 1s key and communication is required in order for there to be accuracy entire company The Issue tracking capabilities of the smart Biz Kit allows you to record specific details about an issue and also allows you to assign the issue to other users within your group for resolution You can automatically check on the status of the issue without directly communicating with anyone else For more information on the Support functions avallable please read Chapter 7 of this manual Individual Contact Reports The Contacts Editor currently provides access to only one report for specific contacts In the near future we will be adding additional reports to this section To launch the report simply click on the title on the report in the listing Contact Overview and Comprehensive Information Report This report provides you with all of the contact information for a contact along with all of the recent sales history information prospecting questions and answers recent appointments scheduled recent communication records and more This single report is a com
