OWNER S MANUAL F AH B Adjustable Hyper Extension CAUTION Read all precautions and instructions in this manual before using this equipment ASSEMBLY MANUAL FORCE USA ADJUSTABLE HYPER EXTENSION BEFORE YOU START Remove all parts from the packaging and separate and count each various component to ensure everything has been correctly provided Follow the instructions and consult both the individual assembly pages and the overall expanded views of the equipment Certain parts may arrive pre assembled from the factory It is the owner s responsibility to ensure that all users of this unit have read the owner s manual and are familiar with the safety precautions SAFETY PRECAUTIONS e Highly recommended for two or more people to assemble the equipment to avoid injury e Assemble the equipment on a flat level surface e Consider placing a mat under the equipment to protect your floor e Wear appropriate footwear and clothing during assembly and use e Only tighten nuts and bolts by hand until the whole equipment is assembled e Ensure you correctly orientate each piece before attaching e Do not allow children and pets to be unsupervised around the assembly or usage of this equipment e Ensure all parts are in full working order before use e Only one person should use the machine at any one time e Do not use the equipment outdoors or around water e Keep hair fingers or clothing away from moving parts e Only use attachmen2. 15 FOAM ROLLER 2 32 8 WASHER 4 16 FOAM COVER 2 33 10MM WASHER 22 17 ROUND PLUG 25 2 34 M10 LOCK NUT 10 STEP 01 30 1 Attach FLATE BASE 3 and REINFORCEMENT PLATE 10 to MAIN FRAME 1 using two SCREWS M10 85 30 four WASHERS 10MM 33 and two LOCK NUTS M10 34 2 Attach BEND BASE 2 and REINFORCEMENT PLATE 10 to MAIN FRAME 1 using two SCREWS 10 85 30 four WASHERS 10MM 33 and tw LOCK NUTS M10 34 3 Attach DOWN TUBE 4 to bracket on MAIN FRAME 1 using SCREW M10 105 31 two WASHERS 10MM 33 and LOCK NUT M10 34 4 Insert MIDDLE TUBE 5 into port of DOWN TUBE 4 secure with FAST PIN 25 STEP 02 1 Attach CUSHION SUPPORT 8 to MAIN FRAME 1 using IRON BUSHING 11 two SCREWS M10 20 28 and two WASHERS 10MM 33 2 Attach BEND SUPPORT 7 to CUSHION SUPPORT 8 using two SCREWS M10 85 30 four WASHERS 10MM 33 and two LOCK NUTS M10 34 3 Attach BEND SUPPORT 7 to MIDDLE TUBE 5 using SCREW M10 105 31 two WASHERS 10MM 33 and LOCK NUT M10 34 4 Insert UP TUBE 6 into port of BEND SUPPORT 7 secure with FAST PIN 25 STEP 03 14 1 Attach CUSHIONS 14 to CUSHION SUPPORT 8 using four SCREWS 8 25 27 and four WASHERS 8MM 32 2 Attach LEG SUPPORT 9 to UP TUBE 6 using two SCREWS M10 75 29 four WASHERS 10MM 33 and two LOCK NUTS M10 34 3 Push FOAM ROLLERS with covers 15 onto each side of foam tube on LEG SUPPORT 9 4
