17. 12 Welcome general information amp Student Involvement nization at some point in their EIU stu dent years The recipient s shall be selected in the spring semester each year All else being equal consideration will be given to candidates contribution to the University community during the year being evaluated Staff Partnership Scholarship The recipient must have applied and been accepted to EIU as a degree seek ing candidate pursuing a bachelor s or master s degree Preference will be given in priority order as follows 1 undergraduate students who serve EIU as a Resident Assistant during their undergraduate program and 2 gradu ate students without an assistantship who serve EIU Residence Hall Program and are pursuing a graduate education and plan to pursue a career in student housing The recipient shall engage in student affairs work within their depart ment as a condition of the scholarship by performing weekly housing duties while serving as a Resident Assistant or completing other duties as assigned by the Director of Housing The recipient must live in University housing One exception to this requirement will be to students who are student teaching dur ing the semester of the award The recipient must maintain an overall GPA of Housing amp Dining Options and Services Housing Options All Female Halls Pemberton Hall Pemberton is the oldest state owned female residence hall in Illinois I
