USER MANUAL BACKPACK DISPENSER TPS09 GRAV TPS09 GRAV Backpack dispenser can be used to serve all kind of hot and cold non carbonated drinks tea coffee mineral water juice clear soups All materials used in production are approved for food contact BEFORE INITIAL USE Clean thoroughly the tank lid and the tap Rinse with water drain water through hose and tap Before filling the tank check if it is clean and residuals free USE INSTRUCTIONS 1 Take out the tank with the hose from the backpack Do not disconnect the hose from the tank Do not fill the tank when it is inside the backpack 2 Unscrew the black tank lid by rotating it counter clockwise Take out the white seal cartridge Make sure that the tank is clean Pour a non carbonated dink max 9 I Replace the seal cartridge and the lid Tighten the lid by rotating it clockwise CAUTION The tank sealing is not hermetic due to venting The venting is necessary Do not lay the backpack dispenser on the side do not rotate it upside down It will leak Replace the tank into the backpack Fill the cup dispenser with cups vol 80 160 200 ml In this appliance the fluid flow is gravitational Just open the tap to fill the cup with the drink OAO 6 The backpack dispenser is ready to use The temperature of hot drink drops about 10C for every three hours It is possible to slow down the temperature drop by putting some boiling water about 11 into the tank sh2. aking it strongly and pouring it out just before pouring in the main drink This will allow the inside tank walls to warm up CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE Important The tank hose and the tap must be cleaned at the end of every day of use The tank is adapted for frequent cleaning it will not cause any damage to taste of drinks It is recommended to use cleaning agents for brewing installations Take out the tank from the backpack Do not disconnect the hose from the tank Unscrew the lid by rotating it counter clockwise Rinse the inside of the tank with water Pour about 3 of hot water Add a concentrated cleaning agent Replace the lid and tighten by rotating it clockwise Shake the tank for 10 seconds Leave the cleaning agent in the tank for 3 minutes Pour out the cleaning agent through the hose and tap Open the tank rinse with warm water and shake strongly Repeat 10 Pour warm water into the tank and pour our through hose and tap 11 After the cleaning leave the tank and let it dry D AEON ooN ATTENTION If the backpack dispenser is used for 2 3 days continuously to serve cold drinks you can fill the tank at the end of day and leave the tank in refrigerator Always check if the tap is closed to prevent spilling the drink In this case cleaning must be done every 2 3 days
