7. tlets during operation Do not cover your Cool A Zone C 025 with paper cardboard plastic metal foil or any other material during operation as this may cause overheating or other operational problems The C 025 should not be used outdoors The Cool A Zone C 025 Water Tank should have water filled to a level between the MIN and MAX line After filling the Water Tnak with water never tilt jerk or suddenly move the C 025 in a fast motion always roll gently Never tum the C 025 unit on its sides either during operation or when stored Never place objects on the top of the C 025 unit Make sure the Cool A Zone C 025 air vents are not obstructed during operation Do not use acetone alcohol petrol toluol etc to clean the chassis of the C 025 For cleaning of the body chassis wipe it off with a soft damp cloth For greasy dirt or build Up Use a small amount of toothpaste or mild detergent on a soft damp cloth then wipe the dirt off Do not strike or shake the unit body during operation as it may automatically shut down Simply unplug and reset the unit in a safe manner After prolonged use dust and dirt may build up in the Water Tank it is recommended that the Water Tank be cleaned on a regular schedule If you use the HUMIDIFIER function while the room temperature is below 32 F be sure to have warm water in water tank If not using the C 025 unit for a prolonged period of time please empty the Water Tank If the unit malf
8. unctions cease use and contact info coolazone com Never use the C 025 for anything other than its intended use Do not use the Cool A Zone C 025 unit when the power cord is damaged If the C 025 power supply cord is damaged it must be replaced by a special cord or power assembly available from Cool A Zone Keep the unit out of children s reach Close supervision should be exercised when children are nearby Please do not use where children can easily touch or play with the unit nor should one let children use the unit by themselves Keep the C 025 power cord away from sharp or hot objects Thoroughly clean the unit before first use Never clean the Cool A Zone C 025 with metal sourcing pads It may scratch the www coolazone c o m 6 Basic Maintene Over time the filtration mesh becomes clogged with dust and dirt if left uncleaned this will greatly affect the C 025 s performance We recommend placing the unit on a routine schedule for cleaning the mesh How to Cleaning the Filtration Mesh l Power the C 025 OFF 2 Remove the plug from the wall outlet 3 Catch the filtration mesh handle and pull upwards Figure 7 Removing See Figure 7 the Filter Mesh 4 Clean the filtration mesh with a mild detergent and soft brush 5 Make sure filtration mesh is completely dry before installing Cleaning the Water Tank is essential to avoid unpleasant odors and to prevent the water pump from clogging Power the C 025 OFF
