Sync Master via Ethernet follow these troubleshooting steps Installation Introduction Troubleshooting d 3 o 2 o lt 30 1 Check the Ethernet cable connection to the AllSync Master Make sure the patch cable is securely connected to the Ethernet RJ 45 port and that it is not damaged Have the cable tested or connect another Ethernet device to this cable to confirm proper connection Check for communication between the AllSync Master and a PC running ATS Remote software If there is no communication check the communication settings and confirm compatibility with the local area network discuss with your Network Administrator Confirm that a PC on the network is able to access the Internet or other devices on the same network use a web browser for example If the PC cannot access the Internet then most likely the problem lies with the connection to the Internet If the PC cannot access other computers for example printers or a shared network drive then the network LAN server may be down Change the Master IP address to a different timeserver among those listed in Appendix A Perhaps the timeserver that the AllSync Master is attempting to communicate with is down or not responding quickly enough due to network traffic etc Confirm all Network settings see Connecting the AllSync Master to the Network page 14 and Network Settings page 13 sections of this manual Make sure the Al
