14. lised for prolonged periods The drainage tubing of the steam generator must be made from tubing resistant to hot liquids that have a temperature of 100 To function correctly this tubing must have constant slope of at least 4 towards the outlet and not be squashed or obstructed It is advisable to siphon this tubing A lack of observation of these requirements could cause malfunctions to the boiler due to the permanence of water inside the tubing when it is not necessary The steam tubing must NOT HAVE any closure devices e g shutter It must be realised in material suitable to continually resist temperatures more than 100 and to reduce condensation must be adequately insulated The tubing must have a small constant slope from the generator to the steam dispensers to facilitate the elimination of condensation that inevitably generates during the start up phase of the installation when the tubing is cold The steam dispensers are installed in the internal walls of the Turkish Bath at a height of approximately 200 mm and not more than 350 mm from the floor Always follow the specific instructions supplied together the steam dispensing device To reduce the noise of the dispenser in the case of installations with a power output of 6kW or more split the steam tubing into two always respecting the instructions regarding materials and slopes The steam tubing must not exceed a length of 6 metres The area in whic
15. nutes variable depending on the power output of the boiler check the start of steam production Let the generator function for at least 20 minutes During the commissioning of the steam generator unpleasing odours can accompany the generation of steam This is not a problem it is the normal cleaning operation that the steam carries out in the transport tubing When the Steam Room is switched off the steam generator starts a sequence of operations that foresee the execution of the water discharge and rinsing that could last for even 15 minutes It is advisable to NOT DISCONNECT the electrical current during these operations FOR FURTHER INFORMATION THIS SUBJECT PLEASE REFER TO THE USER MANUAL OF THE CONTROL PANEL In this paragraph are specified the actions necessary to guarantee a correct functioning when connecting more than one steam generator to the battery Up to 5 steam generators can be connected to the battery the MASTER generator followed by SLAVE1 SLAVE2 SLAVE3 and SLAVE4 where SLAVE is the first auxiliary steam generator and so on These steam generators are piloted by the signal of a single temperature sensor installed inside a single recycling fan Normally the Teuco system has a recycling fan for each steam generator equipped with a temperature sensor In the case of more than one steam generator connected to the battery A SINGLE sensor must be installed and
16. returns to standby CONTROL PANEL AUTO FUNCTION The Auto function permits the rapid start up of the main functions of the installation When commissioning the machine all functions are switched on with default settings in place Successively the functions activate with the values previously set by the control panel The functions activated using the Auto key are the following STEAM ROOM at the default temperature or the temperature previously set by the control panel CHROMOTHERAPY depending on the default values In the READY MENU press the AUTO key The function simultaneously switches on the boiler and the light chromotherapy The actual temperature in the cabin is visualised on the display The temperature indicator flashes until the set temperature is reached The flashing icons indicate that the functions are active To manually switch off the function press the EXIT key The function stops and the display returns to the MAIN MENU which is illuminated at low intensity The discharge outlet solenoid valve is kept open for 8 minutes after which the steam generator is predisposed to generate steam The recycling fan must be switched on immediately in the Turkish Bath room After a variable period of between 4 and 15 mi
