T r j RI 4 e 7 Teme Sawn Like To Thre ao Woolich Racing Bike Harness Installation Instructions Suzuki Harness Type 3 hy hf sa M0el7 ew eg Ze 1 Introduction To connect your WoolichRacing com product to the ECU Engine Control Unit or computer in your bike you need to install the bike harness This is a relatively simple procedure that involves 1 2 3 4 5 6 Locating the ECU in your bike Removing one of the ECU Plugs Installing 1 pin from one end of the 1 wire harness into the ECU Plug Locating the Yosh Plug Installing 1 pin from the other end of the 1 wire harness into the Yosh Plug Installing the Yosh SDS to Interface harness The above procedure is described in detail in this guide and should only take approximately 15 minutes to complete No cutting or splicing of the wiring harness is required for this install 2 Hardware To install the on bike harness you should have the following hardware as supplied with your WoolichRacing com product 1 2 3 ECU to SDS Plug harness 2 wire harness ECU to Yosh Plug Harness 1 wire harness Main Yosh SDS to Interface harness 3 Tools The following tools will be useful when installing the WoolichRacing com bike harness 1 Small flat head screwdriver used for removing and installing plug caps and installing pins 2 Paper clip needle or small jewellers screwdriver used for removing pin plugs 4 2 Wire H2. arness Installation The following steps describe the installation of the on bike harness 1 Remove the seat from the bike 2 Locate the ECU under the seat 3 Unplug the right ECU plug WEEE Femme oun Like To The 4 Remove the orange ECU plug cover neg EL K 5 KA dm ts E Tiie ees a a St n a S D dee Lee 5 Use paper clip to push the plastic plug out of ECU pin 28 It is easiest to push the plug from the ECU side out towards the back O m F SEET DBDDS Ka SOHSVQHOO H deer Me A Vr 6 Using the 1 wire harness use the end which does not have the plastic plugs surrounding the pin Install the 1 wire harness into pin 28 on the ECU Plug dP 48 Er 8h 63 Bd G hy WEEE Teme eoun Aike To The 7 Re install the orange plastic cap on front of the ECU plug connector 8 Plug the ECU plug back into the ECU ensuring the plug seats with a click e 9 Locate the Yosh Plug black 8 wire plug under the seat WEEE Tamre Youn Bike To Ze 10 Remove the yellow plastic cover from the Yosh plug WEEE Teme Youn LGike ToThe 11 Using the paper clip or needle push out the rubber cap from the empty pin location 12 Insert the one wire harness into the spare pin position on the Yosh Plug hy WEEE Teme s ou Gike To Tne 13 Place the yellow cap back in the connector it may be necessary to take a small screw driver a
3. nd push the locking tab on the pin down in order for the yellow lock to seat fully e mg 5 Main Yosh SDS to Interface Harness Installation The last part of the Harness Installation is to install the Main Yosh SDS to Interface Harness 1 Locate the Yosh Plug 2 Plug the on bike Yosh Plug into the Main Harness Yosh Plug 3 Locate the SDS plug under the seat 4 Plug the on bike SDS plug into the Main Harness SDS plug 5 You can now plug your WoolichRacing com interface into the harness 6 Final Installation Reassemble any components you may have taken off your bike during the install and now your hardware should be ready to start flashing your ECU hf sa M0el7 ew eg Ze Warranty Woolich Racing Warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below Woolich Racing warrants this product against defects in material and workmanship for the period of one 1 year The warranty period begins with the date of original retail purchase This limited warranty is made only to the original end user purchaser you of the product and does not extend to any subsequent purchasers or owners of the product The original end user is the first user to put the product into service in any fashion It is your responsibility to establish the warranty period by verifying the original purchase date If you discover a defect Woolich Racing will at its option repair or replace this product with a new or reconditioned product at n
