2. d D Directory Listings One listing in the directory of the exchange in which the call forwarding central office is located is provided without additional charge A13 12 Reserved for Future Use A13 13 Reserved for Future Use A13 14 Transit Traffic Service N A13 14 1 General N Transit Traffic is telecommunications traffic originated by a telecommunications services N provider that transits through the Company s network for delivery to a third party telecommunications services provider directly connected to the Company s facilities Transit Traffic includes traffic where the Company performs intermediary switching and tandem switched transport functions on behalf of an originating telecommunications services provider for traffic delivered to a third party telecommunications services provider Transit Traffic includes traffic that the Company delivers to a third party carrier which the Company does not bill as intrastate or interstate switched or dedicated access traffic A13 14 2 Application of Charges N The Company shall bill the originating telecommunications services provider on a per N minute of usage basis the applicable per minute tandem switching and tandem switched transport functions performed by the Company to switch transport and deliver Transit Traffic from the originating carrier to the third party telecommunications services provider Where the Company and the originating telecommunications services provider of

B The services are furnished only in connection with individual line service unless otherwise stated elsewhere in this Tariff The service is not available in connection with Coin Telephone Service C Inaddition to the rate in this Tariff section for the Call Forwarding feature the following charges apply for the call being forwarded 1 Between the calling station line location and the call forwarding station line location The charge for this portion of a forwarded call shall be the charge specified in this Tariff or any other applicable tariff for the type of call involved either local or toll for the entire duration of the call but rated based upon the distance to the call forwarding station line location only 2 Between the call forwarding station location and the terminating station line location For calls forwarded outside the Local Calling Area the Call Forwarding customer is responsible for the applicable customer dialed station to station charges specified in this Tariff or any other applicable tariff Such charges apply to all calls answered at the terminating station line including person to person and collect calls even though such calls might not be accepted at the answering location 3 Any call placed through a number that has been call forwarded to a number outside of the original called number s EAS area with the results of or intention to access internet service bypass toll resell toll carry internet traff

7. 17 Larose Louisiana Cancels Original Page 17 By Tony Duet President Issued March 1 2003 Effective March 1 2003 GENERAL SUBCRIBER SERVICES TARIFF A13 MISCELLANEOUS SERVICE ARRANGEMENTS A13 21 ISDN Primary Rate Interface PRI A13 21 1 General Description A ISDN PRIis a digital business service that provides access from a customer premises to the Company s circuit switched voice and circuit switched data via a 1 544 Mbps central office termination and a 1 544 Mbps channel to the customer s premises The channel may be a DS1 local or other suitable facility The rates and charges for the channel and multiplexing where applicable are in addition to those for the ISDN PRI termination B ISDN PRI is provided in base capacities of twenty three 64 Kbps B channels and one 64 Kbps D channel 23 B D The D channel is used for out of band signaling and control of the B channels Where technology permits D channels can be shared by two ISDN PRI s for the same customer B channels can be dedicated to either circuit switched data CSD or circuit switched voice CSV services or they may alternate these service types by using the Call by Call feature as described in C following C ISDN PRI National ISDN Standards PRI provides for the following ISDN Lines PRI Lines provide for features and capabilities that are standardized and available from Central Office switches so equipped PR
