Domes on for the first two days after the seeds have been planted with the air vents closed As your plants begin to germinate you may want to keep the Domes on with open air vents for one or two more days as your plants begin to germinate T Use Proper soil or pads We highly recommend the soil brands Sunshine 4 or Premiere HP You can use other mediums such as our Sure to Grow white pads but we have found better results with soil Don t Add Too Much Nutrients Overfeeding can cause damage to the plants listed in our Planting Growing amp Cultivation Table Follow the Nutrient Feeding Table Restart After Fourteen Weeks Most of the herbs and microgreens listed in our Planting Growing amp Cultivation Table should be re sown and replanted after a maximum of fourteen weeks Keep pH Levels Between 5 7 Balancing your pH level at 5 is smart as it will increase throughout the week d Sow Seeds A Little Heavy And Thin Out Young Plants Pluck out young plants to allow others to grow and fill out This is a great way to enjoy your Cultivator Every Day d Use Hydrogen Peroxide If you accidentally keep your humidity domes on too long or overwater and develop unwanted bacteria you can spray with Hydrogen Peroxide and water 30 HP 1 Gal water Love Your Plants Take time and care with your plants Look at them pick them up for weight If its light water Watch Our Online Tutorials www urbancultivator net videomanua

19. ne Tutorials www urbancultivator net videomanual Call Us 7 Days A Week Toll Free 1 877 352 0490 Page 22 ai Urban Cultivator Frequently Asked Questions cont d What do I do if my water mover isn t working in my UC Commercial Check the water mover by insuring the level of water is above the outtake of the water mover then clean any debris seeds out of the intake strainer and insure the pump is on and vibrating If there is still no movement of water and air bubbles pull off the small clear air intake line and unscrew the out take fitting Clean out any debris seeds inside the fitting and re screw back onto the pump and re insert the clear tube What do I do if my air stone isn t aerating in the UC Residential Insure that air pump is in on by going through your menu options Take your bottom grow tray out and insure there is more then 50 of water inside Pull air stone up and out of the reservoir and release it from the clip Insure the air stone is still intact Replace if it is broken Does my water reservoir keep itself filled Yes if you received your Cultivator with City Hook up capabilities and have it plumbed in then it is pre programmed to exchange the water in the reservoir once a week What do I do if my reservoir won t exchange Remove connections on main water pipe and ensure there is no blockage Return fitting on Open large blue pump by unscrewing and check to see filter isn t blocked
