2. equipment is suitable for indoor wall mount installation For outdoor installations it must be installed inside a suitable Cabinet Air Tower pedestal console etc Connect Compressed Air to the port marked Inlet User must ensure that the compressed Air entering the unit is free of moisture and dirt by installing a suitable Air Filter in the Air line Connect the outlet hose with the Tyre connector to the port marked Tyre For efficient operation the minimum Air supply must be at least 50 psi above the setting required Inlet Air supply pressure must not exceed 200 psi Connect the DC power pin to the socket provided at the bottom of the equipment and power up the adaptor by plugging into a 220V Ac supply STARTUP amp OPERATION Startup Make sure the inlet compressed Air is on Turn the power on Wait till the setting pressure display shows the setpoint and Tyre pressure shows 0 The unit is now ready for operation Setting the desired pressure The set pressure desired in the Tyre can be set thru UP Down keys on the front of the equipment At set pressure of 40 the Up button is locked as a safety feature Press Accept key once to unlock the Up button and proceed again to increase it beyond 40 if required The equipment will revert back to safe setting of 25 if it is not in use for 2 minutes This is a safety feature Operation Partially Filled Tyre Press the Tyre connector to the Tyre Inlet Va
3. e Tyre was connected to the inflator then the unit starts automatic operation and then inflates or deflates the Tyre to the desired pressure TROUBLESHOOTING If the unit has become sluggish or slow in inflating then check inlet hose for clogging This equipment is designed to indicate abnormalities normally encountered The bottom display indicates HELP in such a case The Top display indicates the Type of abnormality due to which the unit has stopped LOP Low Pressure Inlet pressure is low not sufficient to inflate the tyre to the setting desired Remedy Increase inlet Pressure Press Accept button and resume operation E1 Error No 1 Transducer related fault Stop using the equipment Contact service provider or manufacturer NOTES
4. lve keeping it pressed tightly In case a tyre has more than 2 psi pressure then the unit starts automatic operation as soon as the Tyre is connected The unit starts inflating the Tyre giving intermittant beeps and the increasing Tyre pressure can be seen on the Tyre pressure Display Keep the Tyre Connector pressed firmly on the Tyre Inlet Valve till the set pressure is achieved When this happens the unit gives out long Beep Disconnect Tyre connector from the Tyre when long beep indicates set pressure achieved If the unit indicates on the Tyre Display it indicates that the Tyre connector is not properly connected to the Tyre inlet valve and air is not entering the Tyre In case the Tyre connector is disconnected from the Tyre while inflating the automatic operation is aborted displaying on the Tyre pressure display Empty Tyre In case of an empty or nearly empty tyre press Start Stop button once after you set the desired pressure The unit starts giving out Air supply to the Tyre Connector Hose beeping intermittently indicating that the Tyre connector should now be connected to the Tyre At this Time the Display shows inlet pressurevalue and the display on set pressure display is ILP After some time the beeps become faster warning that little time is left before the operation is aborted if no Tyre connection is found The unit then gives out a few blasts into the Tyre connector If by that time th
