Attention If the monitor is CG232W you can adjust the monitor only with the DVI or D Sub input signal The adjustment result of the DVI or D Sub input signal can be applied to the SDI input signal 4 1 Preparing Adjustment This section describes the procedure that should be performed before monitor adjustment 1 Before performing monitor adjustment turn on both the monitor and the computer warming up To perform SelfCorrection a warming up time for at least 60 minutes is required Note To obtain precise adjustment results the monitor and computer must be sufficiently warmed up The warming up time varies depending on the monitor being used For details on the warming up time see the User s Manual of the monitor 2 Disable the power managing function of the computer and the monitor Disable the power managing function of them so they will not be in the power save mode Disable the screen saver so that it will not be activated during adjustment or measurement e Once the monitor goes into the power save mode it takes a while for the brightness and color conditions to re stabilize 3 Set the display resolution and colors We suggest using the monitor with the recommended resolution Set the monitor color at 16 7 million 24 bit or more Note About the recommended resolution of the monitor see the user s manual of the monitor Chapter 4 Adjusting Monitor 23 4 2 Adju
