3. der to ensure that it performs at maximum efficiency Besides the contacts it is also important to keep all the threads on the battery unit clean as they are also part of the complete electrical circuit Cleaning the contacts can easily be done with a bit of baking soda either rubbing the baking soda and contacts in your hands or putting baking soda and hot water plus the contacts in a bowl and let them sit for a while If needed use a fine brush like a toothbrush to clean the threads Cleaning the threads can be done by using just a cloth or using special cleaning materials for either Stainless Steel or Brass depending on the material of your Poldiac Or as Hlias says Love your MMV mod sleep with it go on vacation with it eat with it and many more things You have to love it more than your spouse they might dump you the Poldiac never

5. lated Brass and Rhodium over Silver plated Brass Features e Collapsible incase of a short The Hot Spring attaches to the Bottom end cap The battery is inserted into the Poldiac in such a way that the negative end of the battery connects with this spring You get one Hot Spring already installed in your Poldiac and one spare in the extra s bag that comes standard with your Poldiac In case of a collapse the spring will have to be replaced 9 Bottom End Cap The Bottom end cap is available in Polished SS Satin SS or Brass Features e Threading on the topside for assembly e Engraving on the bottom including the serial number e Vent holes on the side The Bottom end cap attaches to either the Battery tube or to the Full button when we want the button to be at the bottom of our Poldiac The Bottom end cap is vented for safety reasons 5 Full Button Exploded view When you buy a Poldiac or a Full button you will receive the button part fully assembled However for cleaning purposes and to replace parts we give an overview of all the parts of the Full Button 10 Button body The button body is available in Polished SS Satin SS or Brass Features e Threading on both ends for assembly e A groove for the Shirt O ring The button body can be placed either on the top or the bottom of the Poldiac for a top button configuration or a bottom button configuration When you buy a Poldiac or a Full b
6. litate the use of a screwdriver The top connector plastic is used together with the Negative pole plate in the Top end cap when we want to use our Poldiac with the button at the bottom of the Poldiac 3 Shirt The shirt is available in Polished SS Satin SS or Brass and comes in 2 different styles Classic or Slotted Features e The MMV logo on the back The Shirt slides over the Ful button The Shirt is used to lock the button and serves an aesthetic purpose in the look of the Poldiac 4 Shirt O ring The shirt O ring is 18 x 1 mm The Shirt O ring sits in the pre made groove on the Ful button The Shirt O ring is used to keep the Shirt stay in position You get one Shirt O ring already installed in your Poldiac and one Spare in the extra s bag that comes standard with your Poldiac 6 Pants The Pants are available in Polished SS Satin SS or Brass and in all 3 battery sizes 18xxx The Pants slide over the Battery tube The Pants serve an aesthetic purpose for the look of the Poldiac 7 Battery tube The battery tube is available in Polished SS Satin SS or Brass and in all 3 battery sizes 18xxx Features e Threading on the bottom inside to facilitate the Bottom end cap e Threading on the top outside to facilitate the Ful button The Battery tube is used to house the battery The Battery tube holds the Pants in place 8 Hot Spring The Hot Spring is available in Brass Silver p
7. ll button e Grooves on top to facilitate the use of a screwdriver The Brass ring nut is use to hold the Plastic base in place With the Plastic stop tool inserted into the button hole of our Full button with the Plastic base assembled inside we can tighten this ring to keep the Plastic base in place 16 Plastic Button Part The Plastic Button Part is available in Delrin or Peek Ketron Features e Inside threads to facilitate the Pushbutton The Plastic Button Part attaches to the Pushbutton and holds the Contact Rod 17 Pushbutton The Pushbutton is available in Polished SS and Brass Features e Jim s signature The Pushbutton can be hidden by turning the shirt over it and thus effectively preventing the button from firing When you receive the Poldiac or the Ful Button this part will be glued into the treads of the Plastic Button Part to prevent it from turning 18 Contact rod The Contact Rod is available in Brass Silver plated Brass and Rhodium over Silver plated Brass The Contact Rod is the center contact in the button that makes contact with the ends of the Double Screws to complete the electrical circuit 19 Magnet The magnets operate the button functionality by repelling each other The Poldiac and the Full Button come with the 2 magnets already installed One of the magnets is glued to the end of the Plastic Button Part the other Magnet is loose in the Plastic Base To make sure duri
8. ng assembly of the Full Button that the magnets repel each other insert the loose magnet into the Plastic Base and then hold the Plastic Button Part with the glued on Magnet on the outside of the Button Body to have the magnet flip the right side up Then insert the Plastic Button Part with the glued on Magnet in the Button Body Because the temperatures in the Button Body can get very hot depending on the setup of the atomizer it can happen that the Magnet gets unglued from the Plastic Button Part If this happens you can easily glue it back _ using some superglue lt lt 20 Button spring The Button Spring is made out of Stainless Steel The button spring can be used instead of the Magnets to operate the button functionality We supply one of these springs standard in the extra s bag that comes with the Poldiac lf anything happens to your Magnets or if you prefer a spring you can easily switch the Magnets with the spring 21 Negative pole Plate The Negative pole Plate is available in Brass Silver plated Brass and Rhodium over Silver plated Brass Features e Threading on the outside for assembly into the op Connector Plastic e A groove on the top to facilitate the use of a screwdriver The Negative pole Plate is screwed into the Top Connector Plastic and is used to connect the Hot Spring when the button is configured to be at the bottom of the Poldiac 22 Plastic Stop tool The Plast
9. utton The button part will come fully assembled However for cleaning purposes and to replace parts you will need to disassemble it 11 Pole screw The Pole Screw is available in Brass Silver plated Brass and Rhodium over Silver plated Brass Features e Reverse threading e A groove on the top to facilitate the use of a screwdriver The Pole Screws are used to adjust the connection to the atomizer and to the battery The Pole screw attaches to the Double Screw 12 Double screw The Double Screw is available in Brass Silver plated Brass and Rhodium over Silver plated Brass Features e Inside threading to facilitate the Pole Screw e A groove on the top to facilitate the use of a screwdriver The Double screws attach to the Plastic Base and are the contact points for the Contact Rod 13 Safety O ring The Safety O ring is 10 x 2 5 mm The Safety O rings are used to keep liquid from running into the button configuration and to re direct gasses from the battery to the bottom of the unit where the vent holes are in case of a battery failure 14 Plastic base The Plastic Base is available in Delrin or Peek Ketron Features e Threads for the Double Screws e Grooves for the Safety O rings The Plastic Base inserts into the Button Body and holds the button part in place together with the Double Screws 15 Brass Ring Nut Brass Ring Nut Features e Threading on the outside for assembly into the Fu
