The Schedule area contains selected items for a presentation Drag and drop the items you want to use in your presentation into the schedule area You may also add PowerPoint slide shows to your schedule by clicking the l on the right side of the schedule window Use the arrow keys on the right side toolbar to move items around in the schedule You can also drag items around in the schedule Schedules can be saved for future use Resource Area The Resource provides access to songs scriptures media and online content Song Tab displays the song database Scripture Tab displays the Scripture database with version option tabs at the bottom 11 EasyWorship 2009 Manual Media Tab displays the Video Images Feeds DVD and Audio tabs You can double click on an item to project it immediately or you can place songs scriptures and media into the Schedule to create an ordered service Online Tab EasyWorship has the ability to interact with the web Click the Online tab to unlock the web features in EasyWorship Downloaded Items The downloaded items area will be blank until media or bibles have been downloaded from the Media store tab Media Store The Media Store tab allows you to purchase and download media and bibles for use in EasyWorship The media or bibles are downloaded directly into EasyWorship SongSelect The SongSelect tab allows you to import songs directly into the songs database from SongSelect CCLI SongSelect subscription re

EasyWorship locks up when you Go Live with the clip Cause An incompatible DVD Decoder Resolution Install a compatible DVD Decoder See Recommended DVD amp Mpg2 Decoders for a list of compatible DVD decoders Issue DVD doesn t play in the clip editor window The clip editor window displays the message Please insert DVD into drive Cause No suitable DVD decoder was found to play the DVD The disk you have in the drive is not a DVD Resolution Install a compatible DVD Decoder See Recommended DVD amp Mpg2 Decoders for a list of compatible DVD decoders Try another DVD 102 Media Issue DVD plays on both monitors instead of just the live monitor Cause Your Video Card settings are set to play the video on both monitors Resolution Disable the full screen options on your Video Card For most graphics cards this setting is under the advanced area of your display settings Issue can create a DVD clip but after removing the disk from the drive and inserting it again the clips created don t work Cause The DVD region hasn t been set on the DVD drive in the computer Resolution Set the DVD region for the DVD drive in the computer See DVD Region Feeds Add a Feed to Backgrounds You can add a feed to the background palette and use it as a live background The feed must be added to the Videos Resource area to appear in the Add area 1 Click the Media tab 2 Click the Feeds tab 3 Right click a feed then

More Video Card info e PCI Express is faster and slightly more expensive than PCI e There are different levels of PCI Express referred to as x1 by 1 x4 by 4 x8 by 8 and x16 by 16 e PCI Express slots are usually black PCI slots are usually white and if you have an older system AGP slots are usually brown in color Note that some motherboards may vary in color e PCI Express 16x is the fastest technology o Choose PCI Express over AGP for speed if you have the option o Choose AGP or PCI Express over Standard PCI if you have the option o Standard PCI is the slowest option It will work but you will not have the best performance e See picture below to determine which slot s you have available on your motherboard keeping in mind that your existing video card is normally removed so that slot may be available too and you may have more than one of each To do this you will have to pop the cover off of your PC to get a look at your motherboard e Werecommend using a Single PCI Express or AGP video card with two video outputs over using two video cards with single outputs This makes setup much easier The slots that you have available will determine which video card s you can use System Requirements AGP PCI Express x1 All graphics cards must support DirectX in order to use all of the functions of EasyWorship Download the latest versions of drivers for any new hardware device from the manufacturer s website after
