ICAL CONNECTING WIRES SWITCH POWER OFF AT SERVICE PANEL AND LOCK SERVICE PANEL TO PREVENT POWER FROM ACCIDENTALLY If hood is operating normally connect three DONE BY QUALIFIED IN ACCORDANCE WITH CODES BEFORE BEING SWITCHED ON wires black white and green to house wires and cap with wire connectors Store wires in the wiring box Duct Cover Installation NOTE BE CAREFUL WHEN USING ELECTRICAL SCREWDRIVER DAMAGE TO THE HOOD MAY OCCUR 6 Using reference E from Table 1 and measurements on pages 11 12 mark the leveling point for duct cover bracket Secure the duct cover mounting bracket to the wall with two screws not provided Make sure all screws are tightened Refer to Figure 5 NOTE Inner duct cover will cover the duct cover bracket Slide the entire duct cover onto the hood Refer to Figure 6 Figure 4 Figure 5 NOTE BE CAREFUL WHEN USING ELECTRICAL SCREWDRIVER DAMAGE TO THE HOOD MAY OCCUR 9 Secure the outer duct cover to the hood mounting bracket with 4 3 16 x 3 8 screws provided Refer to Figure 7 10 Secure the inner duct cover with 2 3 16 x 3 8 screws to the duct cover mounting Bracket Refer to Figure 8 Install Accessories 11 Place baffle filters underneath the hood Refer to Figure 9 Final Assembly 12 Turn power ON in control panel Check all lights and fan operation 13 Make sure to leave this manual for the homeowner Figure
