8. m Figure 7 10 Exceptions Setup Interface 88 User Manual of DS 7100HWI HVI SL Series DVR 7 5 Setting Alarm Response Actions Purpose The alarm response actions will be activated when an exception occurs including Full Screen Monitoring Audible Warning Notify Surveillance Center and Send Email Full Screen Monitoring When an alarm event motion detection tamper proof video loss detection is triggered the local monitor VGA or BNC monitor display in full screen the video image from the alarming channel configured for full screen monitoring If alarms are triggered simultaneously in several channels their full screen images will be switched at an interval of 10 seconds default dwell time A different dwell time can be set by going to Menu gt Configuration gt Live View gt Full Screen Monitoring Dwell Time Auto switch will terminate once the alarm stops and you will be taken back to the Live View interface Note For motion detection alarm you must select the channel s you want to make full screen monitoring Menu gt Camera gt Motion gt Handling gt Trigger Channel Audible Warning Trigger an audible beep when an alarm is detected Notify Surveillance Center Sends an exception or alarm signal to remote alarm host when an event occurs The alarm host refers to the PC installed with Remote Client Note The alarm signal will be transmitted automatically at detection mode when remote alarm host is configured Ple
