1. ii lt D Z lt 1a LLI N J e Read this manual carefully before beginning any procedure e Do not let your equipment be repaired by unqualified persons e Whenever possible the installation should be performed by an authorized service provider e Periodically check the status of electrical installations Local Installation It is recommended that the installation site has good ventilation Avoid installing your equipment near any heat sources or in direct sunlight because it will hamper functioning and could damage parts Also the demand for energy will increase If the location of the cooler has lower voltage variation it is recommended that a surge controller be installed to avoid severe damage to your equipment Install your cooler near an electrical outlet avoid use of extension cords or connections to multiple outlets e Avoid using extension cords however if one is used make sure that is appropriate and the same wire gauge to a MINIMUM 15A 127V IMPORTANT Do not overload your unit with product IMPORTANT Keep your cooler at least 4 away from the wall Electrical Installation e Make sure the voltage VK 127 feeding is 10 the standard voltage if the electrical contact is 115V range 105 V minimum range maximum 132 V e We recommend connecting your equipment and running your equipment empty for a period of 4 hours e If you need to move the unit2. ballast e To replace the lamp remove the protective sheath fasteners c remove the covers a connecting of the ends of the lamp b Carefully remove the lamp protective sleeve d e Install a new lamp inside the sleeve put the lids connector at the ends and insert the tube again in the sleeve REPLACING THE LIGHT BAR BULB IMPORTANT Unit must be unplugged from electrical outlet prior to following these instructions e To remove the frame of the display unscrew the four screws at the top of the lightbar grasp the sides and push up after pulling forward Remove the plastic insert e You will now see the bulb Grasp the bulb and make a quarter turn to release it and slide it out of the holders Use the same procedure in reverse to insert the new bulb e To re install the frame place it back on top of the cooler making sure the four screws are returned return the plastic insert and then push it down until it sets in place Equipment use IMPORTANT Always keep your cooler connected 24 hours a day This measure does not mean using more electrical energy Do not make the mistake of turning off the unit at night and turning it back on in the morning Doing this causes a greater consumption of energy It is highly recommended to load your product at night so that the following day it is cold Never unplug your cooler by pulling the cord grasp the plug firmly and pull to disconnect Be careful not to damage the electrical ou
3. use a dolly and do it in a vertical position to prevent it from spilling oil from the cooling system e Avoid tilting your unit to any more than a 30 degree angle e After returning to its normal upright position we recommend waiting at least half an hour before reconnecting it to the electrical outlet e It is important that the equipment is level for good drainage and so lids work properly e The equipment has a polarized outlet which connects the metal parts to ground the electric and to protect the user e If you have questions regarding the grounding connection contact your dealer If the wiring system has no physical ground follow the below illustrated procedure Se R E NOTE This form of grounding is temporary and you should consult a qualified electrician e Never cut the third prong which is to ground the equipment e If the power cord is damaged this should be replaced by the manufacturer its agent or authorized service personnel in order to prevent damage Maintenance and Cleaning Clean your refrigerator condenser at least once every month with a soft bristle brush you can also clean with air pressure Do not use sharp objects or stabbing while cleaning to avoid possible leakage of refrigerant gas In a greasy environment such as kitchens restaurants etc this cleanup must be done more often as every 15 or 20 days To remove the front vent the vent is attached to the sides and pulled up and then f
4. orward To replace the vent pop it into place putting it first at the level of the bottom of the door and then slide it down To change the door gasket pull it from the door gently and remove it to install a new gasket Then press the new gasket so that it snaps into the slot located on the plastic door frame If the door gasket is held in place by any rivet or screw remove them then install the new gasket using the same rivets or screws afterwards Regularly check the drain of your cooler to make sure it is not plugged with dirt or paper For cleaning the interior of your refrigerator use only a damp cloth with clean water important in making this operation energizes the appliance IMPORTANT DO NOT USE SOLVENTS WHEN CLEANING It is recommended to periodically use automotive wax on the outside of your cooler provided it does not have decals or screen printing Troubleshooting Before contacting a technician review these procedures TROUBLE POSSIBLE CAUSES SOLUTIONS The unit is noisy Compressor does not work properly Equipment operates continuously Energy cost too high Evaporator Unit runs too warm Fan badly connected Unbalanced fan Unsecured compressor Micromotor loose Vibration of pipe Compressor noise Vibration of the unit Low voltage line Inappropriate amperage Door gasket is weak Ambient temperature is too hot Ambient temperature is too hot Extension cords not providing enough po
