48. gether It is essential to lock the lower lift arms in a convenient position so as to avoid damaging the prop shaft protector 13 Starting up RARD Adjust the sequence betwen the hydraulic door in the tank and the clutch system The precision of the sequence depend of the hydraulic pressure For a correct use when you start the unload at the first time the hydraulic door opens and secondly the clutch engages If the sequence is not correct the security bold will break and it will be impossible to unload the Interbenne completly This sequence is pre set in factory at 150 bars However a small corection is sometimes necessary on some tractors during work it is better to limit the hydraulique flow coming from the tractor beetween 15 and 25Lpermin Sequence will be slower and more precise When change the setting of the sequence Beware before changing the factory setting first try with different engine speeds Check that the valve underthe chassis is open a The trap opens but the clutch does not engage 1 Open the protective cover 1 2 Unlock the locknut 2 3 Unlock the pressure screw 3 beware to unlock of 1 round max 4 Lock the locknut 2 5 Close the protective cover 1 b The clutch engage before the door is completly open 1 Open the protective cover 1 2 Unlock the locknut 2 3 Lock the pressure screw 3 beware to
49. he drain screw and wash the entire drain system thoroughly Store the Interbenne in a location that is sheltered from bad weather If you have selected the tarp option do not hesitate in using it Indeed the conical shape of the tank is such that water collects at the bottom and causes an increase in product mass during storage and rapid deteriorations of the kinematics owing to water ingress blockage corrosion jamming The increase in the mass of the load can also completely block the unloading system in which case open the hatches at the bottom of the tank 7 and 8 remove the damaged product before restarting and fully re oil the lower part of the kinematics 33 Storage Scale or scrap RARD Ensure thatthe hand brake is properly secured when the machine is stored For even greater security please use the blocks provided When storing the Interbenne the machine must be empty clean and parked on a flat surface that keeps its shape concrete In order to protect areas that have been worn by grain from rusting we recommend that the machine be kept in a dry place and a paraffin based product be applied Be mindful also of the following different oils tyre pressure etc Please refer to the table showing timescales and different forms of maintenance Please be aware of the risks of accelerated deterioration of the tyres caused by UV rays Protect the tyres from UV and moon rays by storing
