1. 55kg Description M12 x 100mm Hex Bolt M12 Nut Washer 5 x 500mm wood screw Hex head 6 x 40mm bolt Hex head 6 x 30mm bolt Handle ends Dowels Bench dogs Glue Please note that due to the natural properties of wood the bench may possess slight inconsistencies of texture and colour Quantity 3 Assembly Workbench Assembly Instructions 1 Arrange the base rail Fig 3 1 5 top rail Fig 3 1 4 rear leg Fig 3 1 2 and front leg Fig 3 1 3 as shown with the dowel holes facing inwards Aa NOTE The front leg has 2 bench dog location holes machined through it P m S Take care to correctly identify the front and rear legs ees En Attach the top rail Fig 3 1 4 to the front leg Fig 3 1 2 using four dowels Fig 3 1 18 and glue Fig 3 1 20 NOTE Use the two sets of inner holes in the top rail as the outer holes The outer hole at each end of the rail will be used later to attach the bench top Attach the base rail Fig 3 1 5 to the front leg Fig 3 1 3 and rear leg Fig 3 1 2 using four dowels Fig 3 1 18 and glue Fig 3 1 20 Repeat this process for the other leg assembly Take time to correctly identify the front and rear legs Note that you will need to position the front and rear leg of the second assembly in the opposite order to ensure that you create a left hand and right hand leg assembly This will ensure that the bench dog location holes in both leg assemblies will b
