Fan speed medium level for NORMAL cooling HIGH Highest velocity airflow for MAXIMUM and FAST cooling e For maximum cooling efficiency draw the curtains or blinds if the room is exposed to direct sunlight Do not place near a heat source o f the air conditioner is turned off or switched on from FAN or ENERGY SAVER mode upon turning the unit on to COOL mode allow a 3 minute delay before the compressor resume FAN MODE The FAN mode provides ventilation and air filtration without cooling When using the FAN mode the temperature settings cannot be adjusted but the current room temperature will show on the LED display 1 Press the MODE button and set to FAN The matching indicator light will go on 2 Press to set fan speed to AUTO LOW MED or HIGH Each level is matched with an indicator light going on when selected The AUTO fan speed cannot be used when in FAN mode e When in FAN mode open the air vent some models only 12 UNIT OPERATION ENERGY SAVER MODE This feature can be used when the air conditioner is COOLING Based on set temperature the fan cycles on and off with the compressor This mode results in variations of room temperature and humidity It is recommended to use this mode when the room is unoccupied 1 Press on the ENERGY SAVER Gi button 2 Press increase or decrease to set room temperature The set temperature will show on the LED display To alternate between C and F

16. l and let dry before putting it back 4 Put the filter back in and press on the CHECK FILTER for 5 seconds to reset Figure B e A dirty air filter reduces air volume We recommend to clean the air filter every two weeks or more frequently if there are animals around e Never run the air conditioner without the air filter e Do not clean the air filter in the dishwasher nor use chemical products or abrasive detergents CLEANING THE HOUSING 1 Turn the unit off and unplug the unit 2 Wipe the surface of the unit with a soft damp cloth Never immerse the unit 3 Air dry completely and reconnect the unit 4 Never use chemical products or abrasive detergents it could damage paint and finish STORAGE 1 Set the air conditioner to FAN only at HIGH speed and let it run for about 3 hours to completely dry out the inside of the unit 2 Turn off and unplug the unit 3 Clean the filter and the housing 4 Store the unit upright in a clean and dry area 5 It is recommended to store the unit in its original packing box 6 If the unit is installed permanently during winter protect it with a heavy duty cover it will reduce air drafts as well as paint and finish damages NOISE AND VIBRATION When the air conditioner is running it may produce these normal noises or vibrations e Pinging or clicking noise caused by water dropping on the condenser e Noise of the fan blades hitting against water e The relay clicking when
