2. and tighten using Bolt 17 OWNER USER RESPONSIBILITY The owner and or user must have an understand ing of the manufacturer s operating instructions and warnings before using this equipment Personnel involved in the use and operation of this device shall be careful competent trained and qualified in the safe operation of the equipment and its in tended use Warning information must be empha sized and understood If the operator is not fluent in English the manufacturer s instructions and warnings shall be read to and discussed with the operator in the operator s native language by the owner purchaser making certain that the opera tor comprehends its contents It is recommended that an annual inspection of the product be made by a factory authorized repair facility It is owner s user s responsibility to ensure that product label and instructional material is legible and accessi ble Replacement labels and manuals are avail able from the manufacturer Note Before using apply a light coating of bearing grease to mid section of upright OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 1 Secure base of strut in compressor fixture by adjustable strut shaft clasp Secure spring with claw assembly Pump to compress spring Install safety bar in upright directly above strut spring channel please refer fig 6 Remove nut and retainer cup assembly Decompress spring and remove Replace damaged components Install spring and c
