Installation Instructions 2005 UP Ford F 250 Super Duty 4WD w Camper Package Please read instructions thoroughly and completely before beginning installation Installation by a trained mechanic is highly recommended Remove the two 19mm bolts on the factory Track Bar track bar bracket one on each side of the track bar mount Remove the three 21mm nuts located on the cross member Remove track bar bracket Install ReadyLift track bar bracket using the factory hardware Torque to factory specs Reference torque specs on front page Using factory hardware re install track bar onto the new ReadyLift track bar bracket Re install sway bar end links Torque to factory specs Reference torque specs on front page Remove OEM front bump stops Remove the 10mm bolts that attach the bump stop brackets to the frame Install ReadyLift bump stop extension bracket Using a Phillips screw driver in sert it into the holes in the extension and use the handle as a leverage point to tighten Install OEM bump stop bracket using nut provided Install OEM bump stop Me aa 2005 2007 Models Reinstall brake line A Passida support brackets i a 2008 models drill 3 8 hole approximately Y 2 below the factory hole use the factory self tapping screw to re attach the brake line support bracket OEM Hott ReadyLift 2060 Placentia Ave Suite B 1 Costa Me
3. ace and your vehicle you are using jack DRIVE SAFELY and stands or a lift rated WEAR YOUR SEAT for the weight of the BELT vehicle Tire and Wheel Fitment For 35 tires 835x12 50 Mounted on a wheel no wider than 9 5 with O offset or 5 25 backspacing For 37 tires 37x12 5 Mounted on the factory wheel or on a wheel no wider than 8 with a 35 offset or 6 backspacing Please note that with this fitment the tire will rub a little at full turn on the radius arm You will also need to pull the inner fender liner back with both of these fitments The best way to accomplish this is to install the ReadyLift inner fender liner support kit Drill an 1 8 hole on the inner lip of the fender liner and an 1 8 hole on the underside of the body Using the self tapping screw and speed clip provided attach the bracket to the fender liner then attach the other end to the body See photos below Alignment Specs Toe Left 1 32 Toe Right 1 32 ReadyLift 2060 Placentia Ave Suite B 1 Costa Mesa CA 92627 Toll Free 800 549 4620 Local 949 515 0795 Fax 949 515 0655

5. sa CA 92627 Toll Free 800 549 4620 Local 949 515 0795 Fax 949 515 0655 BEANE 8 ReadyLift Part 69 251 7CP amp 69 2518CP Installation Instructions 2005 UP Ford F 250 Super Duty 4WD w Camper Package Please read instructions thoroughly and completely before beginning installation Installation by a trained mechanic is highly recommended Carrier Bearing Spacer Installation Remove the two 15mm bolts use a jack stand to support the drive shaft Install the ReadyLift carrier bearing spacer using the hardware provided Torque to factory spec Reference torque specs on front page Rear Block Installation Remove the four 24mm nuts on one side Remove the U bolts Using a jack carefully raise the truck by the leaf spring until OEM block is loose and there is enough room the for new block Install ReadyLift 4 rear block Please note that the arrow on the bot tom of the block points to the front of the truck Install ReadyLift U bolts using the hardware provided Torque to factory specs Repeat on opposite side Pp Be sure to double check that all hardware has been tightened and torqued to factory specs Remount wheels and
6. selecting combinations larger than OE consider the additional stress you could be inducing on the OE and related components 4 Post suspension system vehicles may experience drive line vibrations Angles may require tuning slider on shaft may require replacement shafts may need to be lengthened or trued and U joints may need to be re placed 5 Secure and properly block vehicle prior to installation of ReadyLift Suspension Inc components Always wear Safety glasses when using power tools 6 If installation is to be performed without a hoist ReadyLift aSuspension Inc recommends rear alterations first 7 Due to payload options and initial ride height variances the amount of lift is a base figure Final ride height dimensions may vary in accordance to original vehicle attitude Always measure the attitude prior to beginning installation POST INSTALATION WARNINGS 1 Check all fasteners for proper torque Check to ensure for adequate clearance between all rotating mobile fixed and heated members Verify clearance between exhaust and brake lines fuel lines fuel tank floor boards and wiring harness Check steering gear for clearance Test and inspect brake system 2 Perform steering sweep to ensure front brake hoses have adequate slack and do not contact any rotating mobile or heated members Inspect rear brake hoses at full extension for adequate slack Failure to perform hose check replacement may result in component failure Longer r
