Flachstelle der Achse in die Richtung des Gewindestiftes zeigt berrpr fen Sie nach dem Festziehen ob das Rollenrad mit dem Ein schnitt im Pumpenkopf fluchtet Ist das nicht der Fall m ssen Sie das Rollenrad neu justieren Nach Einbau des neuen Rollenrades m ssen folgende Tests durchge f hrt werden Elektrische Sicherheitstests Stellen Sie sicher da das Ger t vom Netz getrennt ist Entfernen Sie das Netzkabel aus der Ger testeckdose Entfernen Sie das Rollenrad wie im Punkt 2 3 2 beschrieben L sen Sie die Befestigungen und Kabel des Motors Nach Einbau des neuen Motors m ssen folgende Tests durchgef hrt werden Elektrische Sicherheitstests Servicemen Funktionspr fung 9 SM 2202 WOLF 2 3 4 Austausch Bedienmodul Das Bedienmodul besteht aus Designfolie Frontplatte Pumpenkopf oberteil und Pumpenkopfunterteil und ist nur komplett montiert erh lt lich Stellen Sie sicher da das Ger t vom Netz getrennt ist Entfernen Sie das Netzkabel aus der Ger testeckdose Entfernen Sie Netzschalter Rollenrad mit Motor und Mircroschalter L sen Sie die Befestigungen und Kabel des Bedienmoduls Nach Einbau des neuen Bedienmoduls m ssen folgende Tests durch gef hrt werden Elektrische Sicherheitstests Servicemen Funktionspr fung 2 3 5 Austausch Schaltnetzteil 2 3 6 Austausch Netzfilter 2 3 7 Austausch E Karte UNI SM 2202 Stellen Sie sicher

LO Druckmessung L1 Endwertkalibrierung Druckmessung L2 Offsetspannung des Motors L3 Drehzahlkalibrierung WICHTIG Die Men punkte nach einem Baugruppentausch auf jeden Fall noch ein mal ausf hren 2 1 1 Aufruf des Service Men s Schalten Sie das Ger t ein W hrend in der Istdruck Anzeige blinkt 1 tippen Sie auf die Pminus und auf Ppius Taste 2 Reihenfolge beachten In der Soll flow Anzeige erscheint L1 Das L blinkt 3 Tippen Sie auf die Start Stop Taste 4 Das L h rt auf zu blinken Die Solldruck Anzeige 5 und ggf die Istdruck Anzeige zeigt den aktuellen Parameter der aktivierten Men ebene an Mit den Dous Oder Pminus Tasten 6 k nnen Sie den Parameter der Me n ebene ver ndern Tippen Sie auf die Start Stop Taste Das L blinkt wieder Der ge w hlte Parameter ist gespeichert Mit der Qplus Oder Qminus Taste 7 kann eine andere Men ebene aus gew hlt werden Schalten Sie das Ger t aus Nach erneutem Einschalten k nnen Sie mit den neuen Parametern arbeiten I au SM 2202 6 Druckmessung WOLF F r diesen Men punkt darf keine Druckkammer in den Pumpenkopf eingelegt sein W hlen Sie die Men ebene LO In der Solldruck und Istdruck Anzeige werden die aktuellen Druck werte der Drucksensoren angezeigt Beide Anzeigen m ssen den Wert 115 2 anzeigen Ist dies nicht der
