1. 1 Check the Bill of Material for all parts and lay out the tools 2 Put wheel chocks behind the rear tires 3 Jack up the front of the vehicle and support the vehicle at the frame with jack stands Remove the front wheels 4 With the jack under the front axle jack up the axle disconnect the shocks and sway bar end links and lower the axle and remove the springs 5 Install the front spacers MO3758 over the stock isolators and Remove the stock bump stop and install the ex tended bump stop and reinstall the front coils Jack the front axle and rein stall shocks and sway bar end link In stall front wheels amp torque lower vehi cle 6 Place the wheel chock at the front PLJO9137 Revised 5 30 08 tires and jack up the rear suspension and support the vehicle at the frame and remove the rear tires 7 With the jack under the axel jack it up so you can disconnect the rear shocks and the rear sway bar at the frame 8 Lower the axle and remove the coil springs and install the space M0O3761 over the stock isolator and reinstall the coil spring 9 Jack up the axle and reinstall the shocks and install drop down brackets and sleeves for the sway bar mounts 10 Put the rear tires on torque re move jack stands lower vehicle and put back on the ground 11 You will need to have your wheel alignment checked 12 Check all bolts after 500 miles PLJO9137 Revised 5 30 08 Use this only as a g

5. stallation PLJ09137 Revised 5 30 08 Introduction This installation requires a professional mechanic We recommend that you have access to a factory service manual to assist in the disassembly and reassembly of your vehicle It contains a wealth of detailed information Prior to installation carefully inspect the vehicle s steering and driveline systems paying close at tention to the tie rod ends ball joints wheel bearing preload pitman and idler arms Additionally check steering to frame and suspension to frame attaching points for stress cracks The overall ve hicle must be in excellent working condition Repair or replace all worn or damaged parts Read the instructions carefully and study the illustrations before attempting installation You may save yourself a lot of extra work Check the parts and hardware against the parts list to assure that your kit is complete Separating parts according to the areas where they will be used and placing the hardware with the brackets be fore you begin will save installation time Check the special equipment list and ensure the availability of these tools Secure and properly block vehicle prior to beginning installation ALWAYS wear safety glasses when using power tools or working under the vehicle Use caution when cutting is required under the vehicle The factory undercoating is flammable Take appropriate precautions Have a fire extinguisher close at hand Foot pound torque read
