In caso di malfunzionamento del caminetto dovuto ad un tiraggio non ottimale della canna fumaria effettuare la pulizia della stessa secondo la procedura descritta nel paragrafo 7 4 3 La pulizia della canna fumaria deve essere effettuatta comunque almeno una volta all anno Fig 3 1 1 Un tiraggio non ottimale della canna fumaria puo essere causato anche da condizioni atmosferiche particolarmente avverse tipicamente bassa pressione in tal caso necessario fare riscaldare bene la canna fumaria A tale scopo necessario effettuare correttamente l accensione secondo la procedura descritta nel paragrafo 6 4 2 3 AVVERTENZE PER IL MANUTENTORE Osservare le prescrizioni indicate nel presente manuale e Usare sempre i dispositivi di sicurezza individuale e gli altri mezzi di protezione Prima di iniziare qualsiasi operazione di manutenzione assicurarsi che il caminetto nel caso in cui sia stata utilizzato si sia raffreddato e Togliere l alimentazione elettrica prima di intervenire su eventuali parti elettriche elettroniche e connettori Qualora anche uno solo dei dispositivi di sicurezza risultasse non funzionante il caminetto stesso da considerasi non funzionante 3 CARATTERISTICHE E DESCRIZIONE DEL CAMINETTO 3 1 DESCRIZIONE Con il termine Termopalex Monoblocco si definisce un caminetto costruito con una struttura completamente metallica con caldaia ad acqua per il Fig 3 1 2 18

La resa nominale dichiarata del caminetto in KW si ottiene bruciando una corretta quantit di legna facendo attenzione a non sovraccaricare la camera di combustione 6 2 VERIFICHE PRELIMINARI PRIMA DELL ACCENSIONE Prima di accendere il fuoco indispensabile verificare che la caldaia sia piena d acqua Prima di accendere il fuoco indispensabile accertarsi che la caldaia del termopalex sia piena d acqua verificando la pressione indicata dal manometro installato secondo le indicazioni del paragrafo 5 5 La verifica sopra descritta deve essere effettuata tassativamente Prima di accendere il fuoco All inizio di ogni stagione invernale Dopo un prolungato periodo di inattivit Si eviter in tale modo di accendere il TERMOPALEX MONOBLOCCO in mancanza parziale o totale d acqua e il conseguente pericolo di deformazione o rottura dello stesso N B Se la lancetta del manometro segna 0 zero non accendere il fuoco ma ricercare le eventuali cause quali e perdita nell impianto mancato reintegro dell acqua Se avete dei dubbi interpellate il vostro idraulico di fiducia Nel caso di abbinamento con un altra caldaia eventuali saracinesche o valvole d esclusione non dovranno MAI impedire il flusso di vapore e acqua bollente al vaso d espansione attraverso il tubo di sicurezza Quindi prima di accendere il fuoco accertarsi che il circuito con il TERMOPALEX MONOBLOCCO abbia tutte

80. er gr Bter Sicherheit und mit Ruhe ausf hren Im Falle eines Kaminbrandes versuchen den Heizkamin durch SchlieBen der f r die Verbrennung notwendige Primarluft und dem L schen der Flammen abzuschalten Unverz glich die Feuerwehr verst ndigen Die Sicherheits und Abgasrohre m ssen in Gebieten wo er auftreten kann vor Frost gesch tzt sein Den Kaminofen nicht zur Abfallverbrennung benutzen nur den empfohlenen Brennstoff verwenden Bei einem schlechten Heizkaminbetrieb der auf einen unzureichenden Abzug des Rauchfangs zur ckzuf hren ist muss eine Reinigung wie unter Absatz 7 4 3 beschrieben durchgef hrt werden Die Reinigung des Rauchfangs muss auf jeden Fall mindestens einmal pro Jahr durchgef hrt werden Ein gest rter Abzug des Rauchfangs kann auch durch ung nstige Witterungseinfl sse typisch ist Tiefdruck verursacht sein in diesem Fall muss der Rauchfang gut aufgeheizt werden Zu diesem Zweck wie im Absatz 6 4 beschrieben vorschriftsm ig anz nden HINWEISE F R DAS WARTUNGSPERSONAL Die in diesem Handbuch aufgef hrten Vorschriften beachten immer die eigenen Sicherheitsausr stungen und andere Schutzmittel verwenden falls der Kaminofen in Betrieb war vor jedem Wartungseingriff pr fen ob er abgek hlt ist Bevor an elektrischen oder elektronischen Teilen und Steckverbindern gearbeitet wird die Stromversorgung abstellen Sollte auch nur eine der Sicherheitsvorrichtungen
