CUSTOMIZED DOORS Securitv doors fire resistant and customized with vour personal picture LA PORTA DEI VOSTRI SOGNI Applichiamo qualsiasi motivo personalizzato sulla porta tagliafuoco 31 STANDARDS AND LEGISLATION MAIN DATA The metallic doors and accessories in this brochure have been certified according to the new harmonised European standards Which were implemented into Italian law bv means of special Decrees The principal standards and legislation are summarised below THE NEW STANDARD FOR DOORS EN 1634 1 These regulations are valid for all countries of the European Union and members of the EEA Iceland Norway Liechtenstein The standard is used together with standard EN 1363 1 fire resistance tests general regulations The test equipment used must also meet the specifications contained therein The doors subject to fire testing must satisfy integritv criteria such as the absence of fractures gaps exceeding specific dimensions insulation criteria as specified below and irradia tion which for 2 insulation will be considered as met for the same period as the insulation withstand Clearances between leaf and frame must be adjusted to between the average and the maximum values Before fire testing takes place the doors must undergo and withstand the mechanical aging tests stipulated bv product standard EN 1191 for example repeated slamming and durabil itv tests n

N 1634 1 La nuova norma per la porta EN 1634 1 Le regole valgono per tutti i Paesi dell Unione Europea e dei Paesi contraenti l accordo SEE Islanda Norvegia Lichtenstein La norma utilizzata unitamente alla EN 1363 1 prove di resi stenza al fuoco prescrizioni generali Anche l apparecchiatura utilizzata per la prova deve essere come in essa specificata Le porte sottoposte al fuoco dovranno soddisfare criteri d in tegrit e cio l assenza di fratture o aperture di determinate dimensioni d isolamento qui di seguito specificato e d irraggia mento che nel caso di isolamento 12 si ritiene soddisfatto per lo stesso periodo di tenuta dell isolamento giochi tra ante e telaio devono essere registrati fra il valore medio e quello massimo Prima della prova al fuoco le porte devono sottostare alle prove d invecchiamento meccanico prescritte nella norma di prodotto EN 1191 come per esempio ripetuti sbattimenti e durabilit Nel caso di prova El2 adottata in Italia le termocoppie di prova poste sull anta non devono superare l incremento di tempera tura massimo di 180 C medio di 140 C e quelle poste sul telaio di 360 C Campo d applicazione diretta dei risultati di prova per la cate goria B e cio per porte della classe 60 minuti che abbiano resistito almeno 68 minuti e della classe 120 minuti che abbiano resistito almeno 132 minuti aumenti fino 15 in altezza e in lar ghezza o fino 20 di area riduzioni fino 25 in
