Estrarre il tappo acqua 41 completo di tappo 42 dopo avere rimosso le viti 38 Svitare il tappo 3 ed estrarre I otturatore vapore 4 Separare il corpo lato acqua 43 dal corpo lato vapore 39 dopo avere rimosso le viti 38 Rimuovere la sede otturatore vapore 36 e separare ugello vapore 32 Svitare il corpo lato vapore dal corpo valvola di ritegno Fare la stessa operazione per il corpo lato acqua Pulire tutte le parti con acido muriatico inibito o una soluzione disincrostante Assicurarsi che tutte le parti interessate siano libere nei movimenti Rimontare in ordine inverso i componenti le nuove guarnizioni e gli anelli di tenuta O Ring IRREGOLARIT DI FUNZIONAMENTO Riportiamo di seguito l elenco di inconvenienti che si possono incontrare nell impiego del miscelatore e gli interventi da adottare per la loro eliminazione Fuoriuscita di vapore vivo AN L otturatore vapore 4 non chiuso Controllare se vi qualche corpo estraneo nella sede dell otturatore vapore 36 Controllare se la molla otturatore vapore 5 rotta Controllare se il pistone 10 premuto L acqua non si scalda Non c vapore Controllare che otturatore di controllo vapore e tutti gli otturatori vapore siano aperti Tubazione vapore piena di condensa Sistemare uno scaricatore vicino al miscelatore La pressione dell acqua eccede la pressione del vapore Inserire un regolatore di pressione s2.
