9. ere l aria Nel sistema idraulico si pu formare dell aria durante il trasporto L aria pu impedire che le forche si sollevino o restino sollevate L aria si espelle spostando la leva di comando FS107 nella posizione alta e muovendo ripetutamente il timone E110 su e gi 5 Regolazione del dispositivo di sgancio La leva di comando FS107 sul timone del sollevatore manualet pu esserere regolata in tre posizioni BASSA per abbassare le forche NEUTRA per spostare il carico ALTA per sollevare le forche Queste tre posizioni sono state regolate dal costruttore Se per qualche ragione sono state variate potete regolarle seguendo 1 passi seguenti 5 1 Se pompando nella posizione NEUTRA le forche si sollevano girare in senso orario il controda do FS116 sulla vite di registro FS115 o la vite di registro FS223 fino a far funzionare la posizione NEUTRA regolarmente e pompando le forche non si sollevano pi 5 2 Se pompando nella posizione NEUTRA le forche si abbassano girare il controdado FS116 o la vite FS223 in senso anti orario fino a far funzionare la posizione NEUTRA regolarmente e pompando le forche non si abbassano pi 5 3 Se le forche non si abbassano quando la leva di comando FS107 nella posizione BASSA girare il controdado FS116 o la vite FS223 in senso orario finch alzando la leva di comando FS107 si abbassano le forche Poi controllare la posizione NEUTRA come nei punti 5 1 e 5 2 per assicurarsi
