Keine flexiblen Metallrohre mit reduzierter Starke und oder Asbestzement verwenden sie sind mechanisch Temperatur und chemisch Kondens weniger widerstandsfahig Um die Anschl sse zwischen Rauchaustritt aus dem Kaminofen und Rauchfang zu erleichtern sind auf Anfrage Anschlusselemente aus Aluminiumstahl lieferbar dieses Material widersteht der Korrosion des Rauches und hohen Temperaturen bis 550 600 C GEGENHAUBE UND INSPEKTIONSPANEEL ABB 5 9 F r die Ausf hrung der Gegenhaube empfiehlt sich der Einsatz von Gipskartonplatten wegen der leichten Verarbeitung und vor allem wird vermieden dass die Monoblockstruktur der Marmor und der Holzbalken die KEINE tragende Struktur bilden mit Klinkersteinen oder platten Uberladen werden Bevor die Gegenhaube konstruiert wird muss die Steuerzentrale des Ventilators falls vorgesehen installiert werden siehe Punkt 6 6 1 An der Aussenseite der Gegenhaube wird das Inspektionspaneel befestigt siehe Punkt 5 9 1 1 Wahrend der Ausf hrung der Abzugshaube muss der Rahmen der Schiebet r mit einer Plastikfolie die mit Klebestreifen Abb 5 9 1 befestigt wird gesch tzt werden Damit wird vermieden dass sich Staub M rtel oder andere Fremdk rper zwischen den Buchsen und Schienen festsetzen und die Schiebung der T r blockieren Nach der Beendigung der Arbeiten wird die Schutzfolie ber das Inspektionspaneel entfernt Vor der endg ltigen Montage sollte ei

18. 8 3 8 4 04 2009 PALAZZETTI INSTANDHALTUNG UND REINIGUNG VORBEUGENDE SICHERHEITSMASSNAHMEN Vor jedem Wartungseingriff unbedingt folgende SicherheitsmaBnahmen treffen A Sicherstellen dass alle Kaminofenteile kalt sind B Sicherstellen dass die Asche komplett erloschen ist C Die laut Richtlinie 89 391 EWG vorgesehenen individuellen Schutzvorrichtungen anwenden D Fur die Wartung immer geeignetes Werkzeug verwenden REINIGUNG DES GLASES ABB 8 2 Um die interne Glasflache zu reinigen wird die Glast r wie auf Zeichnung gezeigt gedffnet Das Glas mit einem angefeuchtetem und mit Asche bestaubtem Tuch oder zerkn lltem Zeitungspapier die verschmutzten Teile abreiben bis alles sauber ist Keine Reinigung bei betriebenem Kaminofen vornehmen Abb 8 2 A Offnen der T r zur Glasreinigung Das Keramikglas widersteht ausgezeichnet auch sehr hohen Temperaturen aber es bricht leicht DAHER SCHLAGE VERMEIDEN REINIGUNG DER FEUERSTELLE UND DER ASCHENLADE Die Aschenlade hat ein grosses Fassungsverm gen und ist leicht auszuziehen Sie sollte h ufig ausgeleert werden um den Eintritt von Verbrennungsluft in den Feuerraum zu erleichtern Zum Leeren des Aschenkastens das Gitter dass sich in der Mitte am Boden der Feuerstelle befindet entfernen und den Kasten herausnehmen Vor dieser Arbeit sicher stellen dass der Heizkamin vollst ndig abgek hlt ist und darauf achten dass sich
