Verificare che il livello dell olio sia compreso tra il livello massimo MAX e minimo MIN Non scendere mai al di sotto del livello minimo Il rabbocco d olio dal livello minimo al massimo di 50 gr 6 4 CAMBIO OLIO MOTORE A EVENTO PERICOLOSO Lo svitamento del tappo dell olio a motore caldo pu provocare gravi ustioni personali Svitare il tappo dopo essersi assicurati di operare a motore freddo Mettere la moto in posizione di marcia Togliere il tappo di livello posto nella parte inferiore del carter foto 28 e lasciare uscire l olio Non disperdere l olio esausto nell ambiente ma consegnarlo alla stazione ecologica per lo smaltimento Riavvitare il tappo di scarico Immettere 600 grammi di olio per motore tipo SAE 20W50 Utilizzare solo olio motore altamente detergente classificato di servizio API SF o SG 6 5 REGOLAZIONE DEL MINIMO La regolazione del minimo si deve effettuare a motore caldo Lasciando girare il motore in marcia N con la manopola dell acceleratore chiusa avvitare o svitare la vite posta sulla parte destra del carburatore fino ad avere un numero dei giri del motore pi basso possibile ma costante foto 29 6 6 REGOLAZIONE DELLA VITE DELL ARIA Per ottenere migliori prestazioni fuori dal minimo Se il motore ha difficolt uscendo da una curva miscela ricca svitare la vite dell aria Se il motore si imballa uscendo da una curva miscela povera avvitare la vite dell aria foto 30

A DANGER Ne mettez jamais vos doigts entre la cha ne et la couronne 1 Contr lez la tension de la cha ne La moto doit tre en position verticale et ne subir aucune pression Contr lez la tension dans la position illustr e sur la photo 35 V rifiez si la distance de 35 39 mm indiqu e sur la photo est bien respect e sinon proc dez comme suit au r glage de la cha ne photo 36 Desserrez l crou de l essieu arri re 3 Desserrez les contre crous 1 et tournez le boulon de r glage 2 dans le sens contraire des aiguilles d une montre pour diminuer le jeu ou dans le sens des aiguilles d une montre pour l augmenter Alignez les bords arri re des plaques de l essieu et contr lez sur les deux c t s de la fourche la distance A qui s pare la fourche de la plaque Serrez l crou de l essieu arri re 3 voir tableau 8 1 photo 37 Contr lez de nouveau le jeu de la chaine et r glez si n cessaire Desserrez l g rement le boulon de r glage 2 dans le sens contraire des aiguilles d une montre jusqu ce qu il ne touche plus la plaque de l essieu Serrez ensuite les contre crou 1 en immobilisant le boulon de r glage l aide d une d 2 V rifiez chaque r glage l tat d usure de la couronne et du pignon 3 La cha ne doit toujours tre graiss e m me apr s le lavage de la moto Pour enlever les impuret s utilisez du gasoil et pour le graissage on conseille un lubrifiant en bombe a rosol
