1. Inserire le anime sull albero Ruotare le anime sull albero esercitando una leggera pressione sino a bloccag gio avvenuto Iniziare l avvolgimento SBLOCCAGGIO ANIME ED ESTRAZIONE BOBINE Ad avvolgimento terminato svincolare le bobine avvolte con una contro rotazione sull albero Estrarre le bobine avvolte facendole scivolare lungo l albero sino ad estrarle Durante tutte le fasi di scarico delle bobine gli alberi dovranno essere sostenuti e non dovranno rimanere a sbalzo BLOCCAGGIO ANIME CON MOD TWIST Prima dell inserimento delle anime sull albero sincerarsi che ci sia pressione all interno dell albero Inserire le anime sull albero ruotandole sino alla posizione desiderata oppure fare ruotare leggermente l albero durante l inserimento Iniziare l avvolgimento SBLOCCAGGIO ANIME ED ESTRAZIONE BOBINE CON MOD TWIST Ad avvolgimento terminato svincolare le bobine avvolte con una leggera contro rotazione sull albero Estrarre le bobine avvolte facendole ruotare e scivolare lungo l albero sino ad estrarle Questa operazione si pu fare anche con lo scaricatore automatico con l albero in leggera rotazione Durante tutte le fasi di scarico delle bobine gli alberi dovranno essere sostenuti e non dovranno rimanere a sbalzo 3 MANUTENZIONE ALBERO FRIZIONATO Fig 02 SMONTAGGIO E RIMONTAGGIO SMONTAGGIO Svitare i grani di fissaggio E delle bussole di chiusura B e sfilarle Sfilare uno ad uno gli anelli distanziali in p2. 07 Inserire nuovamente le bussole di chiusura gli anelli distanziali e gli anelli a sfere Avvitare i grani di fissaggio REGOLAZIONE DEL GIOCO TRA GLI ANELLI A SFERE Per prima cosa svitare i tre grani di fissaggio e sfilare la bussola di chiusura Fig 08 Una volta sfilata la bussola si noter un area di diametro inferiore scarico grani di fissaggio devono essere fissati al suo interno Fig 09 Questo significa che i grani non hanno una posizione specifica per essere avvitati ma consentito un gioco per il loro fissaggio gt t I a le p ii AI i ww dini dA ieri VA i I iia Fig 10 Fissare la bussola lasciando un gioco di 1 mm circa dall ultimo anello verificare in seguito che tutti gli anelli a sfere ruotino liberamente che le sfere abbiano lo stesso senso di espansione e che blocchino perfettamente le anime Quest ultimo accorgimento molto importante al fine di un corretto funziona mento e mantenimento dell albero l attrito tra gli anelli a sfere non permetterebbe il corretto frizionamento degli stessi e provocherebbe un rapido consumo degli anelli distanziali in plastica Fig 11 4 CAMBIO DEL SENSO DI ROTAZIONE DEGLI ANELLI A SFERE L albero pu avvolgere il materiale sia in senso orario sia in senso antiorario Qualora si volesse cambiare il senso dell avvolgimento baster smontare gli anelli a sfere e rimontarli nella direzione opposta Questa operazio

Una volta sfilati gli anelli a sfere si noteranno sul corpo albero 3 cave longitudinali in ogni cava sono alleggiate una camera d aria una bandella in nylon e una striscia di feltro Le istruzioni per lo smontaggio degli anelli a sfere per accedere alla ma nutenzione interna del albero sono descritte al paragrafo 3 1 Indicazioni per una corretta manutenzione interna dell albero Sostituire periodicamente il feltro ogni 12 mesi circa nel caso di uso costante e regolare Sempre quando visibilmente usurato Anche le camere d aria sono soggette ad usura e possono perdere aria II danneggiamento di queste ultime non visibile pertanto si consiglia di tenerne come scorta alcuni pezzi gi tagliati a misura e completi di nipplo in ottone e relativa guarnizione di tenuta SOSTITUZIONE CAMERA D ARIA Svitare i grani di fissaggio e sfilare le bussole di chiusura gli anelli distanziali e gli anelli a sfere Svitare i blocchetti di chiusura Togliere il feltro la bandella in nylon e la camera d aria da sostituire Fig 05 Posizionare nella cava una nuova camera d aria completa di nipplo e guarnizione DE non danneggiare la guarnizione DE durante il suo inserimento nel foro di ingresso aria Posizionare la bandella di nylon Riavvitare i blocchetti accertarsi che l estremit della camera d aria e la bandella in nylon vengano posizionate oltre il dente del blocchetto Posizionare il feltro Fig

10. ial rewinding shafts The cores dimensions and tolerances must be those specified in customers quotation LOCKING CORES ON SHAFT Make sure there is pressure inside the shaft before fitting and locking the cores Turn all ball locks so that the balls are in rest position Fit the cores on the shaft Turn the cores on the shaft and press until they are completely locked Start rewinding UNLOCKING CORES AND REELS REMOVAL FROM SHAFT Once the rewinding has finished unlock the winded reels making a counter rotation on the shaft Slide the winded reels along the shaft and remove them The shaft must be supported at both ends whilst the reels are being unloaded LOCKING CORES ON SHAFT MOD TWIST Make sure there is pressure inside the shaft before fitting and locking the cores To insert the cores on the shaft actually rotating them to the desired position or to make to slightly rotate the shaft during their insertion Start rewinding UNLOCKING CORES AND REELS REMOVAL FROM SHAFT MOD TWIST Once the rewinding has finished unlock the winded reels making a counter ro tation on the shaft Turn and slide the winded reels along the shaft and remove them This operation can also be made with automatic core unloader with the shaft in slight rotation The shaft must be supported at both ends whilst the reels are being unloaded 3 DIFFERENTIAL REWINDING SHAFT MAINTENANGE Pict 02 DISASSEMBLY AND REASSEMBLY DISASSEMBLY Unscre

13. nce the closing bush has been removed you will see an area with a lower diameter Screw the fixing dowels within this area Pict 09 This means that the fixing dowels do not have a specific position but a clearance for their fixing is possible Pict 10 Fix the closing bush leaving a space of 1 mm from the last ring then check the free rotation and the good locking of all ball locks making sure that the expanding balls have the same sense of rotation this is very important for a correct functioning and maintenance of the differential rewinding shaft Any chafing between the ball locks will restrict their correct operation and can cause rapid wear of the spacer rings Pict 11 4 BALL LOCKS CHANGE OF THE DIRECTION OF ROTATION The differential rewinding shaft rewinds the material both clockwise and counterclockwise In order to change the rewinding direction just disassemble the ball locks and reassemble them in the opposite direction This procedure can be carried out without removing the friction shaft from the machine UNI DIRECTIONAL VERSION Procedure Unscrew the fixing dowels and remove the closing bush Remove the ball locks and the plastic spacers Turn a 180 turn with each ball lock Reassemble the ball locks and the plastic spacers as shown in picture 12 Pict 12 BI DIRECTIONAL VERSION The procedures under par 4 1 do not apply to bi directional ball locks Avoid unnecessary emergency brakin
