2. 2 3 The Cars must at all times comply with the Technical Regulations of Ferrari Challenge The engine of the Cars will be lead sealed by Ferrari or by the agents importers and or Ferrari dealers who will take on by this act the duty to conform to the original The lead seals to be put in place in accordance with the Technical Regulations For Assistance relative to the Cars solely those in the official Ferrari network agents importers and or Ferrari branch es may be turned to The Cars must always and only be parked in places belong ing to the official Ferrari network Throughout the period of the Ferrari Challenge and every possible change of place must be previously notified via fax to the Segreteria Ferrari Challenge Secretary as defined under article 7 2 2 4 The Ferrari Challenge Trofeo Pirelli will assign the fol lowing titles Ferrari Challenge Trofeo Pirelli Ferrari Challenge Trofeo Pirelli Coppa Shell 2 5 The Ferrari Challenge Trofeo Pirelli the Trofeo Pirel li is reserved to crews composed of 1 one or 2 two Drivers At least one of them needs to be a main Driver Main Driver The qualification of Main Driver will be subject to evalua tion by the Challenge Commission as defined under article 6 1 which will take into consideration the sporting and rac ing curriculum of the Drivers who have subscribed to the Ferrari Challenge If at the time of registration the Driver or both Dri
3. 3 2 Sono in particolare di esclusiva pertinenza di Ferrari la quale potr disporne senza limiti temporali o territoriali 1 i diritti di produzione e trasmissione radio televisiva e cine matografica ii i diritti di trasmissione e di utilizzazione via internet iii i diritti di trasmissione wireless in genere e tecnologie connesse iv i diritti homevideo e v ogni ul teriore diritto di sfruttamento delle immagini statiche ed in movimento degli Eventi Challenge facendo uso di qualsiasi mezzo e sistema di diffusione a distanza attuale o futuro utilizzando qualsiasi strumento tecnico terrestre o spaziale di trasmissione e ricezione attuale o futuro 3 3 Fatti salvi i diritti espressamente conferiti ai Conduttori ed ai team i Team da intendersi come emanazioni spor tiva di una concessionaria Ferrari o di una officina autoriz zata abbinata ad una concessionaria Ferrari collettivamente la Concessionaria in applicazione del Regolamento i di ritti di sfruttamento a scopi commerciali e promozionali del nome del marchio e delle immagine del Ferrari Challenge sono di esclusiva pertinenza di Ferrari la quale potr di sporne a propria intera discrezione 3 4 I Team i Concorrenti e i Conduttori riconoscono ed accettano che Ferrari si riserva il diritto i di direttamente o indirettamente utilizzare sia in Italia che all estero anche per scopi commerciali e o comunicazionali senza preavvi so e sen

5. 10 2 In osservanza dell Articolo 64 del RNS gli Organizza tori predisporranno il Regolamento Particolare dell Evento Challenge in stretta collaborazione con Ferrari attenendosi strettamente al Regolamento e alle filosofie promozionali di Ferrari In deroga all Articolo 123bis comma d del RNS sar con sentito ad ogni Conduttore di partecipare nella stessa gior nata a pi di due gare purch di campionati diversi e con vetture verificate diverse INNI VERIFICHE SPORTIVE VERIFICHE TECNICHE 11 1 Le verifiche sportive e le verifiche tecniche antegara si svolgeranno secondo il Programma Ufficiale stilato dall Or ganizzatore e conformemente a quanto previsto dal RNS NSg Verifiche nelle Gare 11 2 Giorno orario e luogo delle verifiche tecniche e spor tive saranno indicati nel Programma Ufficiale I Concor renti in tale occasione dovranno altres ritirare le schede di verifica e richiedere ai verificatori sportivi e tecnici di firmarle 11 3 Il controllo di tutti i documenti sportivi di un Concor rente e o Conduttore sar effettuato alla prima partecipa zione ad un Evento Challenge ed avr validit per l intero Ferrari Challenge fermo restando l obbligo del Concorren te e o Conduttore di far ricontrollare eventuali documenti aventi scadenza durante la stagione sportiva e conseguen temente di procedere al loro rinnovo 07 4 ferrari L hallenge Trofeo nE I Concorrenti e o Conduttori dovranno se
6. s Trophy up until the Race concerned by the Dealer that has enrolled him in the Race where the said infringement was committed This rule applies also in a case where the Driver who has been excluded was sponsored by the aforementioned Dealer only for a single Race It is considered a serious breach of the Regulations for any Driver whose Car has stopped for any reason due to mechanical fault accident about face etc to abandon his Car without first putting the gears in neutral 25 4 Time penalties and Stop and Go will be applied in conformity with the provisions of the Code A Driver who has been given a Stop and Go penalty will be informed by the display of the Stop and Go board ac companied by his Race number unless there are only five laps to go before the end of the Race in which case a sec onds penalty will be added onto the final time of the Driver who is to be penalized and or a lap s penalty if lapped Subsequently before the end of his next three laps the Driver must return to the pit lane and drive along it at a speed no more than 60 Km h up to the end The Stop and Go Official will signal the car where to stop when the vehicle comes to a full stop the Official will give the signal authorizing the Driver to restart A special notification circular will give the name of the Race Official in charge of the Stop and Go acting as a judge of fact His decisions are not susceptible to a

Event the use of any external device 32 for varying temperature of the tyres is prohibited Display by the Race Director at his own absolute discretion of the Wet Race sign will authorize use of rain tyres on the cars it being understood that Competitors will still be permitted to continue to use the slick tyres provided Authorization to use rain tyres will be limited to specific circumstances namely Official Practice Race 1 and Race 2 The authorization will terminate with the cessation of the aforementioned circumstances any subsequent circum stances in which use is authorized must be reconfirmed through further display of the Wet Race sign The Stewards of the Meeting may increase the number of tyres supplied to each Competitor by an equal amount for reasons of safety if special weather or safety reasons make it necessary PIT RULES Each Competitor Driver and Team will be responsible for the order of his pit area and for the behaviour of any person directly or indirectly linked with his participation to the Fer rari Challenge All admitted persons should always have their pit area ac cess permit visible Only indispensable staff shall be allowed into the box during the Challenge Event Only 3 three persons for each Car shall have access to the signalling barrier Technical assistance staff shall be dressed in a reasonable and safe way particularly the persons authorized to operate on the Cars shall have

12. and in any case for no more than one Official Practices will take place in accordance with the Of ficial Programme drawn up by the Challenge Event Organ iser and in accordance with the provisions of the Code and the General Prescriptions In particular if the number of participants exceeds the maximum capacity of the track the Race Officials may draw lots to divide the Cars of the class concerned into several groups each of a size fitting within track capacity The number of Cars admitted to Official Practice sessions may be increased by 20 over the number permitted dur ing the Race since not all those admitted to Official Practice will actually practice simultaneously If a Car stops on the track during Official Practice it may only be restarted when conditions make this safe such a choice being at the discretion of the Chief Marshal During the Official Practice session it is absolutely forbid den for Cars to enter the box or the paddock Possible work on the Cars shall only be performed in the pit lane assigned to the Competitors IE ADMISSION TO THE RACE STARTING GRID Admission to the start and the relative position on the grid will be decided on the basis of the results obtained by the Drivers in the Official Practice as stated in the Code and in the General Prescriptions In particular a Competitor may request the Race Director to admit to Race 1 and or Race 2 a Car which has not com pleted any practice laps or

15. da gara Sabelt ad esclusione del casco 03 4 ferrari L hallenge Trofeo REL 3 9 Il mancato rispetto anche di una delle disposizioni di cui al presente Articolo 3 potra essere sanzionata oltre che con l esclusione dalle classifiche con la sospensione o l interruzione dell attivit agonistica all interno del Ferrari Challenge Italia e o Europa e o Nord America del Con corrente e o del Conduttore 4 DIRITTI DEI TEAM E DEI CONDUTTORI DIRITTI DEGLI SPONSOR PARTNER DEI TEAM E DEI CONDUTTORI 4 1 Diritti dei Team e dei Conduttori G Nome del Team Il nome del Team deve essere obbligatoriamente il nome della Concessionaria cos come definita all articolo 3 3 per i colori della quale il Conduttore garegger Gi Esposizione dei loghi degli sponsor partner del Team e dei Conduttori ITeam ed i Conduttori possono apporre il logo dei loro spon sor e o partner personali a condizione che questi ultimi a 08 siano in contrasto con gli sponsor ufficiali del Fer rari Challenge elencati all Articolo 3 7 0 in generale con gli sponsor e o partner di Ferrari b non pregiudichino l immagine il prestigio e la reputa zione di Ferrari e del Ferrari Challenge I loghi degli sponsor partner del Team e dei Conduttori possono essere apposti in conformit con le direttive e o istruzioni fornite da Ferrari sulle Vetture sui mezzi di assistenza ufficiali di propriet dei Team uti lizzati nel Ferrari Challen
16. delle frequenze radio IA PROVE PRIVATE PROVE LIBERE 16 1 A decorrere dalle ore 24 00 del venerd della settimana precedente un Evento Challenge non saranno consentite pro ve private e o partecipazione a gare con vetture della stessa categoria delle Vetture nel circuito in cui avr luogo PEvento Challenge in questione n tanto meno sar consentito il nolo del circuito in esclusiva a qualsiasi Concorrente e o Condut tore partecipante al Ferrari Challenge Trofeo Pirelli In deroga al summenzionato divieto i Concorrenti Con duttori potranno partecipare a sessioni di prove private predisposte dall Organizzatore dell Evento Challenge e che saranno aperte a tutti i Concorrenti Conduttori iscritti al Ferrari Challenge 16 2 Le Prove Libere si svolgeranno in un turno di 60 ses santa minuti o in 2 due turni di 30 trenta minuti nei giorni e negli orari previsti dal Programma Ufficiale LOrganizzatore stabilir il programma delle Prove Libere in funzione del numero di iscritti INA PROVE UFFICIALI Le Prove Ufficiali si svolgeranno in 2 due turni di 30 mi nuti ciascuno per ogni categoria nei giorni e negli orari pre visti dal Programma Ufficiale In caso di equipaggio composto da due Conduttori gli stessi non potranno prendere parte entrambi al medesimo turno di Prove Ufficiali Il Team dovr consegnare prima del termine delle verifiche sportive ai Commissari Sportivi il nome dei Conduttori in caso di equipaggio
17. doppio che prenderanno parte ad ogni singolo turno di Prove Ufficiali 09 4 ferrari L hallenge Trofeo ELA Il primo turno di Prove Ufficiali determinera la griglia di partenza di Gara 1 il Conduttore che ha partecipato a que sto turno di Prove Ufficiali partecipera a Gara 1 Il secondo turno di Prove Ufficiali determinera la griglia di partenza di Gara 2 il Conduttore che ha partecipato a questo turno di Prove Ufficiali partecipera a Gara 2 In caso di sopravvenuta indisponibilita prima delle Prove Ufficiali per causa di forza maggiore da parte di uno dei due Conduttori facenti parte di un equipaggio che gia stato oggetto di verifica l altro Conduttore potr effettuare solo il turno di Prove Ufficiali per il quale era stato designa to e comunque non pi di uno Le Prove Ufficiali si svolgeranno secondo il Programma Ufficiale stilato dall Organizzatore dell Evento Challenge e conformemente a quanto previsto dalla NS 16 Cap II Articolo 3 Qualificazione e ammissione delle vetture e Articolo 5 Numero massimo di vetture ammesse alla par tenza che si intendono integralmente trascritti In particolare qualora la partecipazione sia tanto numerosa da superare il limite massimo di capienza della pista gli Ufficiali di Gara potranno suddividere mediante sorteggio le Vetture in pi turni ciascuno dei quali entro il limite massimo di capienza Il numero delle Vetture ammesso alle Prove Ufficiali potr
18. ferrari it corseclienti ferrari it Le iscrizioni al Ferrari Challenge si intendono aperte con la pubblicazione del presente Regolamento e dovranno pervenire debitamente compilate alla Segreteria Ferrari Challenge entro le ore 18 00 del venerdi della settimana precedente l inizio del primo Evento Challenge in caso di iscrizione per l intera stagione o entro le ore 18 00 del venerdi della settimana precedente l inizio del singolo Evento Challenge al quale l iscrizione si riferisce 06 Trofeo 7 3 Quota d Ingresso una tantum La quota d ingresso per ogni Conduttore Quota d Ingres so e pari a 3 000 00 Euro tremila IVA Il versamento della Quota d Ingresso sar dovuto una tan tum in occasione della prima partecipazione stagionale ad un Evento Challenge e dar diritto a una fornitura di un set d abbigliamento da gara compren dente tuta sottocasco scarpe e guanti ufficiali del Ferrari Challenge una fornitura di un set d abbigliamento casual ufficiale del Ferrari Challenge 7 4 Quota d Iscrizione Stagionale La quota d iscrizione a tutti gli Eventi Challenge Quota d Iscrizione Stagionale pari a 24 000 00 Euro venti quattromila IVA per ciascun equipaggio La Quota d Iscrizione Stagionale include l iscrizione a tutti gli Eventi Challenge come da Calenda rio riportato all Articolo 9 i servizi aggiuntivi relativi alle Finali Mondiali 60 minuti di Prove Libere cosi c

Challenge Event At any time during a Challenge Event phonometrical checks for verification of compliance with the noise limit will be performed at the absolute discretion of the relevant Race Officials Competitors who have passed the sporting and technical 31 4 2 hallenge Trofeo nE scrutineering will receive an entry permit to the circuit for the Official Practice sessions At any moment during a Challenge Event on the request of the Stewards of the Meeting and or Technical Delegates Competitors must make their Car available for a weight check Routine Technical Scrutineering may be carried out at any time during a Challenge Event This scrutineering will always involve checking during which checking of the Car s weight will be compulsory of at least three Cars the first two to finish and the other to be chosen by the Stew ards of the Meeting Any Competitor subject to technical Scrutineering at the end of Race 1 whether by routine or due to a complaint may decide whether to submit the Car for scrutineering im mediately or whether to have the specific item check lead sealed and postpone the scrutineering process until the end of the Race 2 The Competitor will therefore implicitly agree that any exclusion from the Classification of Race 1 will also lead to the exclusion from the Classification of Race 2 Ferrari reserves the right to oblige Competitors to deliver parts of their cars to it at any time
