14. er walk test Trigger the transmitter Make sure the panel receives the alarm Chose another site for the transmitter if the panel does not receive the signal Press X on the control panel when you have finished testing to stop the walk test Check that the signal strength from the transmitter at the receiver is four or more Replacing the Battery When the battery is finished remove the old battery and replace it with a fresh 3V CR2 Li MnO2 battery Before inserting the new battery briefly short together the terminals of the battery holder with a screw driver or short length of wire This ensures that the processor restarts correctly when you insert the fresh battery Using the 734rEUR 01 As a Test Transmitter The 734reur 01 is designed to work as a test transmitter for use with the 790r Signal Strength Receiver O51 BON 13 Insert the battery into the Transmitter fit LK1 and clip the base into the cover The Trans mitter will transmit a radio signal once every five seconds Fit LK3 to make the Activity LED light on each transmission For regulatory reasons the Transmitter continues to operate for 20 minutes and then closes down To reactivate the Transmitter toggle the lid tamper Note When you have finished using the Transmitter remove the battery This prevents the Transmitter interfering with any other wire free system nearby and reduces battery con sumption The transmitter indicates low battery by ceasing to flash
