4. vengono consegnati senza lubrificante come indicato da un apposita etichetta adesiva allegata al riduttore stesso per evidenziarne lo stato L operatore pertanto tenuto a scegliere il tipo di olio pi conveniente tra quelli indicati o con caratteristiche analoghe e ad effettuare il riempimento e controllo del livello dell olio prima dell avviamento come indicato al punto 7 2 seguente 7 2 Riempimento e controllo livello olio Modalit Individuare sul disegno dimensionale o mediante la tabella seguente la posizione dei tappi carico sfiato e livello Svitare entrambi i tappi immettere olio fino a quando esce dal foro di livello rimontare il tappo livello Verificare che la quantit introdotta sia equivalente a quella prevista per il riempimento riportata nella tabella QUANTITA OLIO Se la quantit inferiore attendere che eventuali bolle d aria abbiano il tempo di fuoriuscire Rimontare il tappo carico mettere in funzione il riduttore in modo da eliminare le ultime sacche d aria e poi controllare nuovamente il livello E obbligatorio che il riduttore lavori in posizione orizzontale E ammessa una tolleranza di 5 gradi di inclinazione T 3 Posizione tappi olio 7 PREPARING THE GEARBOX 7 1 Gearbox lubrication Unless specified otherwise in the contract of sale all gearboxes are delivered without oil This is clearly stated on an adhesive label applied to the gearbox The operator must therefore
