3. lama MONTAGGIO DELLA LAMA AVVERTENZA Spegnete l interruttore e scollegate la sega dalla corrente togliendo la spina del cavo dalla presa di corrente prima di qualsiasi regolazione riparazione manutenzione o sostituzione della lama 1 Svitate la vite che fissa la protezione al coltello divisore e togliete l inserto della tavola svitando le 8 viti a testa piana Philips Fig 9 2 Dopo aver sbloccato il pomello di salita della lama ruotate l altro pomello in senso antiorario per spostare l asse della lama nella posizione pi alta Fig 10 Togliete il dado di fissaggio della lama e la flangia esterna Successivamente montate la lama i denti devono essere orientati verso il fronte Fissate la lama con la flangia e il dado 3 Controllate che la lama sia perfettamente fissata che il coltello divisore sia allineato e alla giusta distanza dalla lama vedi regolazione del coltello poi rimontate l inserto della tavola 4 Rimontate la protezione della lama posizionate la protezione sulla parte alta del coltello divisore in modo che il foro della protezione sia perfettamente allineato con quello del coltello divisore e fissatela con la vite e il dado 16 Inserto tavola 5 Fare girare la lama a mano per verificare che non ci siano interferenze 6 Collegate la macchina e avviatela un istante senza utilizzarla direttamente con il materiale da tagliare per verificare che non ci sia nessun problema PERICOLO SOSTITUITE

Kg INFORMAZIONI SUL RUMORE Il rumore emesso misurato conformemente alle norme EN61029 EN3744 e EN11201 risultato essere Livello di pressione acustica LpA 99 3 dB A Livello di potenza sonora LwA 112 4 dB A Incertezza della misura K 3 dB Si consiglia di indossare adeguati protettori acustici Le sorgenti del rumore della sega sono il motore elettrico e la sua ventilazione gli ingranaggi del riduttore di velocit la lama e ovviamente il materiale da tagliare Per il motore e la sua ventilazione si consiglia di tenerlo controllato e puliti i passaggi dell aspirazione per le lame di utilizzare tipi silenziati e di tenerle sempre in perfetta efficienza e per il materiale da tagliare di usare le lame giuste e di tenere sempre ben bloccati i particolari da tagliare per gli ingranaggi si deve solo verificare periodicamente il loro consumo controllando il loro gioco sulla lama valori indicati per il rumore sono livelli di emissione e non necessariamente livelli di lavoro sicuro Mentre vi una correlazione tra livelli di emissione e livelli di esposizione questa non essere usata con sicurezza per determinare se siano richieste o no ulteriori precauzioni fattori che influenzano il reale livello di esposizione del lavoratore includono la durata dell esposizione le caratteristiche dell ambiente altre sorgenti di rumore per esempio il numero di macchine e altre lavorazioni adiacenti Inoltre i livelli di esposi

L INSERTO DELLA TAVOLA SE ROVINATO O TAGLIATO MONTAGGIO DEL COLTELLO DIVISORE AVVERTENZA Spegnete l interruttore e scollegate la sega dalla corrente togliendo la spina del cavo dalla presa di corrente prima di qualsiasi regolazione riparazione manutenzione o sostituzione della lama Inserite il coltello divisorio in modo che le due viti a testa esagonale passino nelle due fessure del coltello divisorio Fig 11 Non stringetele completamente per il momento Regolate il coltello in modo che ci sia uno spazio tra i 2 e i 5 mm Fig 12 tra la lama e il coltello divisorio e controllate anche l allineamento tra il coltello divisorio e la lama usando una riga Stringete le viti esagonali In seguito controllate ancora una volta che la lama sia perfettamente fissata e rimontate l inserto della tavola Successivamente montate la protezione della lama come illustrato nella Fig 12 PERICOLO La protezione della lama deve essere sempre posizionata durante tutte le lavorazioni di taglio per evitare qualsiasi rischio di contatto con la lama Si solleva automaticamente al momento del passaggio del pezzo di legno sulla lama 17 ASSEMBLAGGIO DELLE ESTENSIONI DEL PIANO DI LAVORO Allineate i tre fori di ogni estensione con i tre fori del piano di lavoro su una delle parti laterali del piano Fig 13 14 15 e 16 Utilizzate le sei viti e dadi M6 x 15 per fissare queste due estensioni Per montare i quattro supporti delle estensioni
